Nice stop, clean and a good selection of items as well as an Arby's.
They are absolutely horrible and I will never ever stop here again! I just wasted 15 minutes in line trying to get fuel when... idiots that are not even fueling are blocking the pumps. then I wait 45 minutes in line for a shower and I am number two inline they don?t call out anybody in the whole 45 minutes they then cancel out the whole list for people waiting start it overagain and tell me I?m now number five and my estimated wait time is another hour for a shower. I'm here every other day(not by choice), there is never any hot food available. Unless you want to wait in line for a half hour... at Arby's, but I don't want a roast beef sandwich for breakfast. Always a line for the bathroom because there are only 3 stalls.I've also been in most of the showers here and the ones I've seen all have black mold growing in the mortar, they may wipe theshowers down, but it's clear that no thorough cleaning is ever done. This Pilot location is right off interstate 71 exit 140, the employees are great and the restrooms and showers are clean, the... have a BJ fresh marketplace inside as well as a Arby?s restaurant, only thing I don?t like it the small parking for trucks butbesides that it?s a nice truck stop. The worst attendant have meet with in my life.. Mrs LAURIE she at me and also at her coworker. She called me thief and she... wanted to kick me out of the place. She called the police. Just because I wanted her to fix a mistake SHE DID (TYPICAL KAREN) Ijust wanted the receipt about her mistake on the item I BOUGHT. AND ON YHE NAME OF MY COMPANY? This message is forCORPORATE. The bathroom #7 was filthy to be nice about it. I know its not easy cleaning behind grown men and women but all we ask for as... drivers is a clean shower. Smh Read more
