If I can give this BK a 0 I would. Staff absolutely horrible, the food is always cold, they make you wait forever only to... receive food that is cold. Save your money and time and go to another BK you'll come only to get stressed and cold food. Read more
Food is always cold. The order is never correct. The staff is always nasty. At least they could fix the cold food. Not a chance.... This place will always be this way. The last food inspection report says "Temperature incorrect" if you have children bewareof the temperature issue here. Read more
We pulled in to the drive-thru at 10 p.m. on a Friday night, the restaurant was fully staffed but we were denied service.. ???... No explanation of any sort. The young man wouldn't even give us the respect to open the window to explain why. Read more
Buyers beware - I ordered a whopper junior meal from the drive thru. When I got home, the burger was sliced in half. I went back... to get them to change the burger and it was not a pleasant experience. There was no professionalism or courtesy. On top of it, Igot cursed out. To BK Owners - if you are not paying your employees enough to treat your customers with respect, it is time thatyou fix that problem. Went here late night and ordered a whopper with cheese and onion rings. Don't know the guys name but he was friendly and made... my order what appears to be fresh. The sandwich was hot, well assembled and very tasty. The onion rings were hot and fresh aswell, I was amazed at the level of service received that late at night. 5 stars! Read more
