Food is always cold. The order is never correct. The staff is always nasty. At least they could fix the cold food. Not a chance.... This place will always be this way. The last food inspection report says "Temperature incorrect" if you have children bewareof the temperature issue here. Read more
We pulled in to the drive-thru at 10 p.m. on a Friday night, the restaurant was fully staffed but we were denied service.. ???... No explanation of any sort. The young man wouldn't even give us the respect to open the window to explain why. Read more
Buyers beware - I ordered a whopper junior meal from the drive thru. When I got home, the burger was sliced in half. I went back... to get them to change the burger and it was not a pleasant experience. There was no professionalism or courtesy. On top of it, Igot cursed out. To BK Owners - if you are not paying your employees enough to treat your customers with respect, it is time thatyou fix that problem. This used to be a much better location. The staff their is lost ,no idea what they are doing. Food came out slightly warm at... best, fries cold and everything slopped together. Not only did it take 20 minutes in the drive thru to get my order, I bit into my nugget to find a piece of plastic. I placed my... order via thru and got to the window and had to wait 10+ minutes for them to bring me my order. I complained to corporate asthis clearly is a health hazard and can cause someone to choke or get very sick. This obviously didn?t happen at the store levelas the nuggets are merely fried at the store level but are made at the factory level. I was waited on by 3 different people indrive thru- one who handed me a drink, another who handed me my order, and another individual who gave the sauce that wasmissing from my bag. I would have returned to the store for a refund, but gas is $$$ and I just spent $14 on a meal I can?t eat.I tried to call the store to inform them of the plastic, just to warn them and maybe see if they would pull the item for safetyreasons but nobody picks up. Hopefully corporate can sort this out. Sadly will have to toss this meal, hopefully I won?t getsick from the other half of the nugget that I ate and the several others before seeing the plastic. Went here late night and ordered a whopper with cheese and onion rings. Don't know the guys name but he was friendly and made... my order what appears to be fresh. The sandwich was hot, well assembled and very tasty. The onion rings were hot and fresh aswell, I was amazed at the level of service received that late at night. 5 stars! Read more
