I love their ice cream cones their to die for. My mom and I after every one of her dr appointments would go and get one. She has... now passed recently. So i just went to the dr and had to get 1 in her memory. I called the store for s reasons something waswrong with my reciept there and the manager is not even returning calls. Something was wrong from the start when i got there thegurl had me pull up then pull back as if she was scanning something then she had me pull up again. I watched as i asked her ifshe could add another drink to my order she said we don't add to order's here. So i had to ho all the way around . Then inoticed she did it to 2 other cars. So something funny going on at that location and she never gave me my reciept for my 2ndorder. And the manager never called abd i cannot put my information in the checkers app it won't take my information from thefirst order. I spent over 25.00 that day and i can't use it. I waited like over 32 minutes in line for my food and when I got it it was over cooked and slightly burn ???? It's like they... refried the Chicken ???? over ???????????? This Manager is not running this store instead He has the store running circlesaround Him. They need to get rid of him He doesn't have a clue has to what he's doing. Read more
This location used to be one of the best.... Don't know what happened. We walk up to the order window and the two employees (... manager and helper ) just looked at us from the inside and never opened the window to rake our order... We waited the betterpart of 10 minutes meanwhile we're just staring at each other. I'm motioning with my hands to open the window so we canplacemour order. They simply ignored us... Mind you the drive thru was open and they expediting orders...... Needless to say, wenever bothered going to the drive thru either, they seemed like dear in the headlights. So I order chicken sandwiches with extra mayo and pickles which anywhere else is fine. Here, there was so much mayo on it I had... to throw out both sandwiches. There was more mayo then sandwich, I wish I took photos of how bad it was, I love checkers andhave gone to this location on and off for years. I won't be going back, I wasted my money on two inedible sandwiches. I don'tknow why you had to add so much, that was the worst sandwich. Go to Wendy's instead, not worth the trip to checkers.
