Ordered a brisket with added lettuce, black olives & jalapeños. Came in to pick up multiple orders, (my first time picking up... online orders) didn?t realize you have to go and ask the front for your cup and pour it. Well I didnt get a drink. Got to workand on the receipt stapled to my order had all the extra toppings I ordered but on the sandwhich only had the jalapeños. Nolettuce or black olives? It?s a really upsetting when you are craving it, ordered it and didn?t receive it. But not sure why Ionly got the jalapeños but not the other two? Disappointed. Went out of my way to get this food. I used to love their subs. We always order the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket because it's my son's favorite sandwich. The... last three times I ordered it, he didn't finish it like usual. So 3 days ago I surprised him with the sub and he only took 2bites and say he didn't want it. So I decided to try it, the meat was chewy and it tasted like broil bacon that you can't stopchewing on. When I asked him, he said it tasted like this the last 2 times. The full sub is still in the fridge. I will belooking for a different place. Read more
I don't understand the appeal of these basic subs. The ingredients are just OK, the meat is lunch meat quality. I only come... here because of t- mobile Tuesdays. The staff is always nice every time I stop by. Read more
Food use to be good here. My wife and I ate here yesterday. Food was horrible, also waited 20 minutes to get 2 subs. We were... both sick last night from this rotten food! Quality and quantity went down the toilet. Also read the other newest reviews. I?llnever eat here again. Read more
I remember this place used to be good. Second time coming here this year and was very disappointed. There?s was only me and one... other person in the whole place and they took 20 mins to make my sub. Ordered a smokehouse brisket sub and it was cold and themeat was very chewy. Could barely eat it. Fresh subs, clean restaurant and good service with friendly staff. My family always enjoys the fresh bread and ingredients... regardless which sandwiches we order. Our favorites are Italian, Meatball and Steak. Read more
The service was good. The location was very clean. The food tasted very good but a 16 oz bottle of coke shouldn't cost $2.20.... That's more then a overkill. I also appreciate wanting to keep up with cleaning but my basket still had food in it and the younglady was asking to clear my table off so I felt a little rushed. Read more
