Don't use Groupon with this Hungry Howie's location! I refunded by Groupon with this location after having such bad customer... service. I had a Groupon that didn't expire for 3 months and I had never used it, a cashier named Zoe said it was invalid. Iasked to speak to a manager and she transferred me to another employee, and it wasn't the manager because she soundedunprofessional and quite frankly talked slow like she was high. I then asked her to transfer me to the manager and afterexplaining to him what happened he hung up on me, very unprofessional. I would give ZERO stars if possible!! We were given a free pizza card from my daughter?s school. She has been so excited about... using it. I called to ask about the card, and I was ?transferred to the front desk.? The rude man that picked up said theydon?t honor the card anymore and I would have to come in and see if they had any??? I started to ask about placing THE OTHERPART OF MY ORDER THAT WASN?T FREE, and he hung up on me. When I called back, I asked to speak to a manager, and I wastransferred. I?m pretty sure the same a$$hole picked up, and when I asked if he was a manager, HE HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN!!! Shereceived the card a few weeks ago and it was expiring today, but don?t give these out at school if you don?t plan on honoring! My son received a coupon for a free large pizza from his school?. If you?re going to hand out coupons to the schools in your... community you should be ready to honor them.
