People here give zero F?s about customers. Came here to buy pizza as I normally do often for me and my child. Spanish girl... looked determined to let me know she is done for the day. did not want to honor promo, so I said ok. Then proceeded to tell mewhat they only have. The pizza made here tastes great. I have eaten different pizzas at least 5 times over the past year, and more beyond that. The... prices here are much cheaper than any of the main pizza chains. I get the Deep Dish, normally with pepperoni, onions andsometimes extra cheese. I do the same with the Thin Crust. Both are browned perfectly and made crispy around the edges. I thinktheir taste are better than Pizza Hut and Papa Johns, although I would still order from either of them, at times. The pizza isunlikely to ever be done before its recommended time, as they can get busy. There is some chance it could be later than theirsystem tells you. Never been later than 10 minutes past when I was told by their system. Staff works hard. At times, there maybe people waiting inside for an order they have already given, so be careful you don't think you are waiting in line. Terrible service. The lady who answered the call took my name after I placed an order. When I went to pick up my food, they said... they didn?t have my name. After 5 minutes of going back and forth, (I even spelled the name back to her) I got my order. Shespelled my name wrong and didn?t bother to repeat it back to me on the phone. There was literally two orders and she keptdenying me on my order. Learn to hire better people. Read more
I ordered 2 pizzas & some wings yesterday at 8:17pm I was told my order would be ready at 8:45 pm. When I arrive to this... location to pick up my food the cashier explained to me that my order wasn?t ready & it would be in 15 mins so I went back to mycar and waited another 30 mins when I go back inside to get my food no body could find my order! All STAFF WAS RUDE THE COOK WASEXTREMELY RUDE TELLING EVERYONE TO GO OUTSIDE AND WAIT FOR THEIR ORDER ! I?ll never come here again TEACH YOUR STAFF HOW TO HAVECUSTOMER SERVICE & TEACH THEM MANNERS ?? They did a fantastic job!! My wife and I like ours slightly lighter baked, so I asked them and this store does it spot on every... time! One of my favorite lunch places in the area. Great job guys! Read more
Do not go here! Customer service experience is the worst the manager is very disrespectful he used his bare hands to touch the... food. I wait 15 mins for him to tell me he isn't taking any more orders. He used profanity the a lady that asked a question . Heneeds to be fired!!!! Read more
Employees need to better themselves with the full menu. Store lobby needs more attending to(receipt papers everywherr). It's hot... so it's wise to ensure that the soda cooler is fully stocked. Read more
The quest little Cesar?s I?ve ever been too. I been a few times. But today was the last straw for me? so frustrated that I cried... cuz I really wanted to throw the pizza at him like he did to me after ignoring me for 15 mins when I told him my code won?twork. No one was working the front end and 3 more ppl came in and he didn?t acknowledge anyone. The ppl whom came in was shockedat how unprofessional he was.
