Went this morning for a coffee and quick bite. These girls gave me a cup of milk. They forgot the pit the coffee in my iced... coffee. I had to go back thru the drive thru to get a straw and by that time I was already running late I didn?t even get to tryit before I was back on the road. I understand this is not Starbucks/Dunkin donuts but if your going to offer something on yourmenu you should know how to make it! Fustrated that I spent my time and money coming here this morning. Morning staff needs tobe retrained.i know it?s early but the service was also poor. If I was not in a rush to get to work I would have gotten arefund. Do better Read more
Went to this ? McDonald?s ? for dinner. I went inside because the drive through was very busy. I never go to the drive through.... The service was good and the staff was friendly. I stopped in this McDonald's location at the Lakewood plaza for a Big Mac, fries, and a drink. Though the drive-thru was fairly... busy, the inside of the restaurant was empty...I assume because people were standing in the parking lot watching the fireworkslight up the sky. The dining area was very clean with adequate table seating. I greeted a female employee and gave her myorder. A few people were entering the restaurant and within that time I received my food. The fries was hot and crispy, and theBig Mac was nicely prepared. Will return to this location abain whenever I get the taste for McDonald's. Read more
I went through the drive-thru and they were very fast and efficient one lady was trying to get in front of me we really didn't... know who was first so she let me pass and when the lady read the order off she read the ladies order and I told her that wasn'tthe order and the drive-through person just told me the next order and she was correct so they're doing a beautiful job I reallyappreciate this McDonald's Read more
I ordered a 6 piece happy meal with extra fries and a water. Instead of just filling the cup that cup that comes with a happy... meal with water. They wanted to sell me a bottle of water. I ordered a second happy meal with a cheese burger, extra fries and aDr Pepper. Then a #1 with a Sprite, then a spicy Crispy Chicken sandwich and a medium fry. Did I want the meal, they asked.No. I paid and the wife noticed that the price was low and looked at the receipt. They had missed the meal with the water and mySpicy Chicken sandwich and fries. I told the lady that was giving us half our order what we actually ordered and she said it wasnot what we ordered. I explained that we know it wasn't wrung up right and we just want to complete our order and pay for it. Soshe rang us up after asking, "Water? like you want a bottled water?We went to parking space 2 to await our destiny. A lady cameout without the water. This place offers great food and a fast service. But mostly provides excellent service and are polite. Highly recommend this... location for any fast food. Use the self service to pay for your food that way all the workers can get your food ready for youinstead of wasting one of their time at the cash register. Read more
Great place to stop and eat.. I was here a couple of weeks ago but didnt do a review.. So now i am because i ordered some food.... Service is quick and place is clean.. I give it 5 starz.. So niw my order is ready and its time to dig in. Enjoy America Read more
