The lady taking the order was NOT awake. The food had little to no meat in the steak and cheese only soft tacos. My quesadilla... had little to no chicken. We had more tortillas then anything. My mango drink came in a extra small disposable cup. Not surewhat?s going on here. Read more
Worst of the worst taco bell, have been here multiple times since it is the only closest one to my gym but no service no proper... food and you need tons of patience to get your order. I think most of their staff is under or say not at all trained and seemslike they were given to manage the whole store. I can go on and on but just to conclude either they should atleast hire someemployees who are senior or provide basic training to them, if not then just enough to handle 1 customer in a while as there arebarely any??????? Lack of customer service, no pleasantries. Food not made to order, hard shells completely crushed, wrong drink size. Slow to... serve drive through, asked to wait on other side of building for several minutes, & still missing items. I've had this same kindof service every time I've gone there over the past 3yrs. I try my hardest to avoid this location, only giving it a chance oncein a while with the hopes of some change. Management really needs to step up their game. Read more
This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Absolutely zero customer service make you place your order on the the iPad and... you don't even get a receipt. Ordering was a nightmare and made worse by the employees nasty attitude. Refused to print me areceipt. Never going back here again. It should be closed! Read more
This has to be the worst Taco Bell in all south Florida. While I know they are short staffed I was patient enought to wait for... my food. I ordered a Double Steak Spicy Grilled Cheese Burrito and a Mexican Pizza. What I got was probably the worst foodtasting and presentation ever. First I have had this burrito a couple of times, always plenty of cheese and the jalapenos areinside, as well as it having plenty of steak. This burrito had none to little cheese as you will see from the piture and thejalapenos stuck to the outside. Now the pizza you see on the menu is not what you will get anywhere! But you would hope that itmight be close! Well this was the ultimate fail! Just take a look at that picture. The folks there were friendly, but the foodis just not there! I have been to this location 2x in the last 2wk and they refuse to serve the drive thru. One time they told me to come in due to... them being short staffed. The next time, I literally got no response from anyone. I drove to the window and saw the workers inthere. It was a Saturday evening. I know every business is faced with staff shortages but wouldn't it be easier to serve thedrive-thru instead of having customers come in. And the lack of communication is poor. There's no sign posted anywhere statingthe change in the operating procedures. Do better! Read more
This is by far the worst taco bell I have been to. Every time I go to get food in the drive through they ask me to back up and... come forward again to reset their clock or go around and wait in line again because the food is not ready. The employees rushyou through the order even when I asked for a minute. The employee kept repeating anything else. Only reason they get a twostars is because the food is okay. Services is terrible.
