I keep trying to like this place since I can walk there from my house, but they just aren't good. They have great fresh bagels.... But why can't they get food orders correct? I asked for onions in my home fries and they put onions in my omelet. My turkeysausage was microwaved and disgusting. Every employee looks miserable in there and most have no idea how to ring things up.MORE IMPORTANTLY, I witnessed 3 customers come back in after leaving and ask for the "credit card fee" back they had to pay whenpaying CASH. There wasn't enough... room to prep your coffee and as we sat outside and ate there were a bunch of people who's orders were wrong. But the worse partof this experience was that I didn't leave a tip on my credit card but looking at the receipt later that night, they had placeda tip on my bill themselves.
