Great service. Sandwich was excellent. Friendly staff. Very clean restaurant. Plenty of parking.
We were overcharged. When I asked the woman ringing me up she acted like it wasn't her problem. 3 people getting basic combos... shouldn't be almost $70. We literally got just sandwiches and drinks. Read more

I simply ask for a ham and cheese sandwich and they literally add everything on it. In st. Augustine Fl, they don?t... automatically put everything on if you just ask for ham and cheese. Other places I?ve been to just put it on without even asking?everything on it or no??. Read more
I placed an order through the app, and arrived 3 minutes before the designated time. I stood directly under the large orders to... go sign, from where I could see that my order was ready. There were no fewer than 5 employees working, 3 of whom looked directlyat me and proceeded to completely ignore me. There were 3 people in line to order, so I guess it was relatively busy, but Iwould have been more than happy with a "be right with you" . One employee actually looked at me 3 separate times, and stilldidn't acknowledge me. I finally asked if I was standing in the right place for order pickup, and she handed me my (now cold)sibs. No "sorry for the wait", no "thank you", just went back to what she was doing. Aside from being cold, which I easily fixedonce home, the food was delicious. Service absolutely abominable. Read more
My buddy worked at one of these once, but got fired after being accused of stealing a wad of cash. He still gets theyre subs... there though, so that tells you how great they are. Read more
We were traveling through this past Saturday (after Thanksgiving) and placed a mobile order for pickup. The crew working was on... top of things! Our sandwiches were absolutely delicious (A+ on the Club) and our food was ready exactly when they said it wouldbe, even during their busy lunch rush. Read more
