The manager was very rude, as we were unaware that the lobby/dining area was closed. There was another couple eating at a table,... but the manager told one of the workers to "get them out of my lobby... out lobby is closed." The door was, in fact, unlockedwith other people inside (most of which were door dash drivers). Taco Bell is never great but convenient at best. We will not beback to this location. I would recommend anywhere in Marianna except here. Read more
Very disappointed. One I couldn't go in and sit down due the side door being locked. Employee from outside told me that drive... thru only because workers calling out. So, I had to go through the drive thru. Ordered I got my food. They didn't give me myreceipt. So, now do I prove what I ordered. You shouldn't have to ask. You should always get your receipt without having to ask.I asked for Fire Taco sauce and I got None. Taco sauce is like the cherry on top of ice cream. I went back to work vs goingsitting in the park to relax from work. I thought I might have some Taco Bell taco sauce at work but no. Thanks for making myday Taco Bell. If I could have went inside and ate my food I could have had my Taco Bell sauce. Taco Bell sauce completes themeal. But no sauce for me thanks(people who called out)and the park was a second choice of going somewhere besides work to eatmy lunch. their Wed site says they have dine eating until 11pm. I ordered 3 burritos and after I sat down to eat them was told they were... closed and to leave now about 8 30pm. The burritos were of poor quality and mostly beans. $16.00 for 3 burritos and one drink.Good bye taco bell Read more
My boyfriend found a permanent marker cap in his burrito a few days ago! We have yet to hear back from the owner or manager.... This is beyond disgusting. We've had SEVERAL bad experiences here but this has just confirmed what a terribly ran operation theyhave and will no longer return. People should be wary before eating here again. Read more
Hello and my name is Zac. The following happened Sept 30, 2022 just after 2pm at this Taco Bell location. Im moving to Florida... and stopped by this Taco Bell, opening the door everyone inside greeted me, again everyone greeted me. Needed a quick restroombreak before ordering, everything past the bathroom door was squeaky clean and even the hand sanitizer was stocked. After mypleasant experience I walked over to the self service kiosk and one of the team members, attending next to me, made sure Iordered everything I wanted. Gave me my happy hour drink and by the time ice, Baja Blast and lid were in place they we alreadycalling out my name. Let me add the team member suggested an item during the order and I agreed. The same team member opened thedoor for a warm exit and made sure nothing else was needed. Driving down the road my food was cooked perfect, not too much norleft me hungry and 8 hours later my tailored experience is still running around my head. 4689 Highway 90 Marianna, FL 32446: Me, my wife and son attempted to order breakfast at about 9:50am, Saturday, September 17. I... had oral surgery yesterday, so my wife was ordering since my speech isn't so clear at the moment. We wanted 2 number 2's withsweet tea. They said they didn't have sweet tea, before my wife could respond with an alternate beverage the "person" saidnevermind, I'll get it at the window, and then turned around and demanded immediately that we specify a drink in the samebreath. This place has the most RUDE people I've encountered in any restaurant or fast food setting! Enough so that I floored itbefore finishing ordering in the drive thru while blasting my horn. I've left Google reviews and went to McDonald's instead.Just remember, word travels, and there are many options within a 5 mile radius. Read more
Drove here for lunch got a Steak burrito was was just so unflavorful. I got my food as soon as I drove up. Kind of too fast for... freshness. No napkins, didn't ask If I wanted hot Sauce. Just a horrible burrito and small soda for $7+ bucks smh. Read more
