I like Zaxby's, but they have a lot of teenagers working there and some of then don't have great customer service skills. I... dislike bad service, so I haven't been in awhile until a few days ago and again the service kind of sucks. I'm starting to getto the point of not even wanting to go anymore because of the service and the presentation and preparation of the food isstarting to go down too. Food was 2 star service 0 stars. They put the youngest kid with no experience in a drive thru window at there busiest time.... Figure that out. Order was wrong but I still had to pay for an order that was incorrect. Read more

Eddy is an absolute angel. Tonight Zaxby?s was wicked busy and and as we were waiting in line for our online order, I couldn?t... get out because I had a baby in the car, eddy offered to run in and grab it for us. He was very sweet and made this visit somuch easier. Read more

Disappointed for MONTHS now! It?s not been COVID, I know that after dining areas of other Zaxby?s and local restaurants have... been opened. It?s been chaotic and really bad to the point where it?s backed traffic up and had it out to the highway. Why hasthe dining area been closed? I hope they get it all worked out! Read more
