Have never been so disappointed with service in my life. They were out of straws so I asked a worker if she could get some for... us. She snaps and yells ?can you just wait?. I was not expecting them right away as I could tell they were short staffed. Im notsure why she thought speaking to a person or customer like that is okay. We sat down as she continued to be rude and harass meand my friends the entire time we were there. This included her making remarks(loud enough for everyone to hear) about myphysical appearance. So, I'm not one to do a bad review, as I understand food service, I work in a restaurant myself. I understand, lunch rushes,... being understaffed and just overall issues, but this was ridiculous. We came in to order a carryout. Restaurant was empty, drivethough was empty, tables had crumbs on them. We placed our order with a lady who had an attitude. She didnt give me my receiptand we sat down to wait. About 10 minutes later people slowly started trickling in, nothing that an experienced staff couldn'thandle. People were spaced out enough to have the orders taken and almost filled, but that's not what happened. After about 5customers they stopped watching the counter. We counted 9 people walk out after waiting 5 or more minutes to even beacknowledged.... Well as the dining room filled up with carryout orders waiting to be filled the drive through picked up a bit.BUT those orders kept going out (very unorganized, the guy taking orders outside was gone for 5 minutes or more for each ordercause he didnt know what car they went to). I counted 12 drive through orders go out before I received mine. Then the drivethough slowed down and orders from the dining room started finally getting filled (all whom of which came in after we did). Onelady went up and said something about waiting so long, and the girl with her fake done up nails (food service no no) got allsnippy with her and waved her hands at her like the "meet me outside" girl. So after waiting 40 minutes, went up and asked formine. I said I had a bug order and I came in before anyone here....she snapped at me, yelled to the back about it. NO ONE knewwhat was going on. It sounded like it went out in the drive through. So she goes and reprints my order and says if you can waitfive more minutes I'll fill it or I can do a refund. So I started to walk back to my table. Stopped here twice in the last month. Went in to order as we were pulling our camper. First time took over 20 minutes to get... our food and they were not busy! Fast food? I think not. Second time waited over 10 minutes for them to take my order and endedup leaving... There were only 2 cars in the drive thru and no one in the dining room. Staff are very laxidasical and have nohaste with anything they are doing. Don't bother unless you have an hour to kill! Never again will we stop here. Read more
