I saw a recent commercial on TV for the 2 for 5 Junior whoppers. I thought great, I have not had Burger King in a while. I was... hesitant because last time the store was closed. I decided to take a chance but upon ordering the "TV Offer" the clerk statedthis was a Corporate Store and the offer was not available?!? Not willing to argue I left. What a waste of time !! I usually stop here when I leave the casino for my long drive home and it's always breakfast. Today as usual I stop. I have to... say at this time I get irritated when people don't listen or appear to care. I placed an order for their 2 for 6 breakfastcroissant. I asked for 2 sausage with NO eggs on either of them. The cashier repeated the order and I pulled forward. There were2 cars in front of me so I had to wait for maybe 3 minutes, no biggie. When I arrived at the window my drink was thrust at whileshe grabbed my card as if she were really in a hurry. Before I could set my drink down here comes my card, receipt and a handfulof coupons followed quickly by my sack of food. I left quickly because I felt like I was holding up the line. (I wasn't). I willsay that the hash browns was awesome. I pulled out one of my croissants and to my surprise there was an EGG ???? on it and thecroissant was mangled. So I had to displace the egg while driving. Then came the second croissant and guess what... you got it,an exact duplicate of the first. What part of NO Eggs don't you get. They repeated it back to me too. Look, I love BK. It's one of the few fast food places I can get vegan food! The reason for this 1 star review is because this... business is NEVER open for the hours they advertise. If they were actually open until 11, this would be a 5 star review. Eitherfix the hours online and on the doors to be accurate to scheduling, or actually be open until 11 on weekdays and midnight onFriday/Saturday like you say online! Great food and friendly service! I ordered a medium cheeseburger meal for Dine in. I originally ordered the whopper Jr meal, but... due to how I ordered it, the employee recommended a cheeseburger meal. This saved me over a dollar off my meal! She was veryfriendly and knowledgeable! The food was served within 2 minutes of ordering. I had just enough time to dispense my drink andfind a table. The lobby was not busy at all, but the drive thru was 5 cars deep. The cheeseburger and fries were hot and fresh.My drink wasn't too bad. I dispensed a Cherry Diet Coke from their high tech touch screen drink station. I highly recommend thislocation to anyone who loves a great meal with great service! Read more
My wife and I came in to eat at 6:30p, we were served with no issues. Although, I had noticed that the staff would selectively... serve some customers, while refusing some others with the excuse 'we are too busy, lobby is closed, understaffed, etc.' At least7-10 parties were refused during the 30 minutes we sat to eat, the front doors were also locked. It's unfortunate to see ourlocal burger king always struggling. I'm sure some steps may need to be taken to ensure this place is staffed and ready to takeon customers, because closing early is surely affecting profitability. Edit: We ordered a 'Big Fish' and the tartar sauce cameout a sickly yellow. I'm writing this while eating, my chicken sandwich is also pink in the center, nasty! Going to add somephotos. My wife stopped by to get food today and she was appalled by how she was treated. The lady in the drive thru was extremely rude... and the opposite of great customer service. This a theme I call Maricopa customer service. Our food was ice cold and left muchto be desired. They were out of ice tea somehow. The employees here not only have an attitude but they barely filled the friesand gave us stale cold food. I would recommend you drive 25 minutes to sun lakes were customer service exits.
