The coffee used to be tops in the nation. About 3 months or so ago, Dunkin' Donuts stopped offering hot coffee, hazelnut... flavored. I've given them several visits to see if it was a one time issue. It was not. They also seem to run out of jelly andglazed doughnuts a lot. Why not order or make more if the demand is there. That is beyond me. In addition, I was not happy whenthey first opened in Maricopa City about 3 years ago, that they did not seem to care to make any effort to work to assistcustomers who are Deaf. They dropped that possibility like a hot potato. Just sayin'. Read more
Every time I go here they continuously mess up my orders. Even when it?s just one coffee. I completely understand accidents... happen, but it?s every time I go to this location. The workers always seem so short with everyone. Read more

Very disappointing. We came by for a couple breakfast sandwiches. The food wasn?t cooked thoroughly and when we asked for the... cheese to be melted on a grilled cheese sandwich we were rudely yelled at from an employee ?they can wait!? 10 minutes later wewalked back to the counter to see if the sandwich was ready and we were handed back the same sandwich burnt on one side. Themanager said nothing to us and watch the whole ordeal. Just very disappointed in the lack of service displayed and in themanager for not stepping in. Read more
Had a strange experience at this one. I came through the drive through during a busy period and they had me pull up to the front... door because there would be a small wait while they prepared the food. Nothing wrong with that, but the parking lot was alreadypretty full so I wasn't able to actually park at the front door. It would be better if they had 1 or 2 reserved spaces for drivethrough customers since there were a couple of us who ended up scattered in the parking lot. Service was friendly and the foodand coffee are always pretty tasty. Especially the bagel bites. Read more
Ordered a large order of 16 items for my family. It took over 45min to get our items and then 3 of the items were missing. The... donuts were not fresh, tasted like they were made yesterday or the day before. The breakfast sandwiches were made with stalecroissants and cold. The wraps were very hard and cold. Staff were not friendly. We will not be returning here EVER. We have hadmany bad experiences here since this location opened. We hoped things had got better, but they have not.
