Always a long (anywhere from 3-18minute) wait at the speaker alone, plus however long the order takes. They usually mess up... special items or forget sauces for nuggets (even when nuggets are the only item). The prices are average (so high, haha) so whenyou combine all of this with mediocre temperature food and service, 2 stars for me. Read more
Went through the drive thru, spent about $40 worth of food. Once I got to the window they gave me my food and close the window... back up. About a half minute later they opened the window again and ask if I was ok, I told them I still needed my drinks. Theyacted like it was my fault for not getting them, once I got home I noticed they forgot my 4 apple pies. I know is fast food buttheir employees really need to be mor polite and check the order that go out. Read more
Just went through the drive thru, the food was on point, the sweetheart at the window did and exceptional job. The manager... politley corrected our order and im just really proud of the young lady at the window.. i know its not easy and people can bepicky and rude. But you did everything right.. it was a slight lack of communication and the one taking the orders , it was putin incorrectly, so the person handing to food out.. in a way thought they were in trouble. Ypu arent you did yhe right things.Grab the manager. Even if they are being polite. You are doing your job 100%correct girl. Keep grinding. Read more
McDonald's it's self it a great surprise to be around still. There are great and cheap options in McDonald's but all the ones... I've been to always seem rundown. The survive at this location does not have that great of customer service. All the employeesseemed rushed and not there for the people. Read more
Went in to get my family some food. Not only where the employees not wearing gloves while handling food. But when I ordered 35... dollars of food I gave a 50 dollar bill witch I would get 25 back I was told they can?t take my money. The fact this location even has 3 stars is shocking. I ordered a biscuit egg and cheese and also asked for 2 English muffins... with EVERYTHING on it. I was quickly met with a sarcastic condescending reply, ? what does everything mean??To which I repliedin the same tone I was given. Egg, cheese and sausage?.Everything. This is the result of my food, out of spite. After returningthe same energy I was given. This employee has a repulsive attitude and it?s rubbing off on everyone else including customers.You don?t just get pieces of bread by accident, 2 at that. Ordered a hot and spicy McChicken through DoorDash and this is what I received. Not only that, my fries were freezing cold and... old. I don?t know how you mix a hamburger patty with a very different color patty of CHICKEN. Disgusting. Read more
Just came here for the 1st time after a long work week and decided to get a meal and happy meals for my kids. Got combo 3 with... no onion and 3 happy meal. Got my meal and fries was cold and still end up with onion. For the happy meal ask for extra friesand end up with apple slices. Don?t complain about a pay raise if you can?t do your job that is simple. Maricopa has the worsefast food in the area with really bad service. Never eating fast food in this area again. Read more
