Ordered carry out did not get silverware with order. No napkins. No soy sauce. Food would have been enjoyable if eating utensils... would have been included. Kung pao chicken and fried rice not finger food. Read more

MOST DISGUSTING PANDA I HAVE EATEN AT BEFORE!! ???????????????????????????????? Like how do you mess up when you just opened?... The food on the line was disgustingly bad, chow mein was soggy and tasted like the smell of mildew. Orange chicken was burnt andthe teriyaki just seemed like it wasn't cooked properly. I will never come back here and I would never recommend it to no one. Iwouldn't even let my dog eat the food they served me. The Panda Express on Pinal and McCartney is way better compared to thislocation and is worth the drive. Go there and not here if you want good quality food. Read more

LOVE OUR local Panda We order from there every once in a while and we do Uber Eats and we have never seen any of the food sit... for very long before it is gone.. something is always fresh, hot, and ready to order any time of the day. Food was fine. Pick up quoted 8:45 pm but wasn't ready until 9. Not a huge deal but it was a little annoying especially since... the rest of my order sat on the counter the whole 15 additional minutes getting cold. The worst part of the whole experienceand the reason for 1 star is mostly staff related. I watched a drive thru staff member sneeze on my order twice. It was baggedbut still really gross. First time was right on my food, second time was in her hand but she never washed her hands before goingback to serve drive thru. Another drive thru crew member came out in the lobby to talk to me. I still have no idea what made hercome out but she got about 6 inches away from my face and asked what I was doing. Um....waiting for my food and please back up alittle. I wanted to talk to a manger but didn't see one on duty. Not really excited about the experience overall. Read more

Ordered a bowl of white rice and teriyaki chicken. The chicken was cooked to perfection tender flavorful and served hot. The... rice on the other hand was undercooked very starchy and hard. Not sure if it was old or they forgot to cook it longer. Read more

We ordered in the drive thru and was told to pull around as we would have to wait for string bean chicken. After 17 minutes I... went inside to find they had 4 of our plates ready, getting cold on the counter while they now were waiting on orange chicken.Asked for manager as was told they were not available. Had to ask for receipt. Given no acknowledgement went trying to ask forhelp. Used to enjoy going to this location. Read more

Food was hot and fresh! Unfortunately this location needs management to give directions to it's crew. I observed 4 people in... drive thru (wearing headsets) not busy. 2 crew members were assembling large orders (maybe online) 1 disassembling the line (itwas 7:50pm on Tuesday), another person wiping down the line, and 3 people in the kitchen. 3 of us (separate customers) had towait over 5 minutes to be acknowledged. We finally were acknowledged by the person wiping down the line and he prepared ourorders. First 2 customers were able to get checked out with no issues. I had to wait 10 minutes to get someone that was able torun the register. A gentleman finally rang me up, but left me to fend for myself for the receipt. I think the Manager was inthe kitchen, but left her with her back to the customers, as well as the rest of the crew. This may only happen at night, butManagement needs to adopt some structure where crew is aware of customers waiting to be served as well as checked out. Ifimplemented, will proudly change my rating.
