The customer service is horrible, both on the phone and at the store. I tried to order delivery on the phone and the agent ended... up transferring me to the store after being on the phone for about 14 minutes. The price of a large pizza was over $30. I willnot be going to Pizza Hut again due to their expensive prices. Read more
Worst experience ever. I placed an order online 5/20/22, about 15 minutes later, I was called and informed they did not have... bread (cheese bread ordered). As my bill wasn't cheap, I figured they would substitute for another item. The guy on the phonewas literally had no information in regards to the their procedures. He literally got silent on the phone and told me to wait.As I waited for him to retrieve information on what steps they would take, he hung up on me. About 10 minutes later he calls meback saying he has to call his Manager. He then informed me since they don't have bread, they won't fill my order. He then askedif I wanted a credit or a reimbursement for my order. He then get silent and hangs up on me again! At this point, I'm annoyed bythe horrible service I received. Since I was in the area so I walked in and expressed how I was rudely hung up not once buttwice. I then requested what was going to be done since they could not fulfill my order. The guy then states my card wasrefunded. I then asked for refund receipt and for the Managers number. I don't think I will ever be retuning. Pizza was barely cooked. Asked for lite cheese got regular. Pan crust was hand tossed. Very little crust ?hut? flavor added.... Breadsticks were almost raw. Can?t even eat them. Almost no sauce on Parmesan wings and spicy garlic wings were Buffalo mixedwith Parmesan. Yuck Read more
Tried the Detroit pizzas tonight. Hardly any toppings and smothered in some kind of sauce that smelled strange. Four of us tried... them and all agreed all three pizzas were grose. Save your money and order anything else. In case you can't tell. These arethree different pizzas. Double Pepperoni, Meaty Deluxe and Supremo. Bet you can't tell the difference. Read more
