Our Chicago Deep Dish was terrible. It wasn't fully cooked and doughy. The marinara sauce was gross. It was almost $30 for that... pizza. The gluten free pizza we ordered was tasty, but the dough was also slightly underdone. We contacted the store and broughtthe mostly uneaten Chicago Deep Dish asking to be refunded for that one. They provided a credit, but would not refund. It'srisky and a health violation to be serving undercooked food. We are disappointed and likely won't return since they haven't madegood by refunding us instead of crediting. There are other pizza places in Maricopa that have good pizza for a more reasonableprice. Don't waste your time or money on a slice of disappointment served with poor customer service. Go somewhere else! Read more
Oh my goodness. Rosati's is so good. I wish I lived here it would be my go to restaurant. We are stuck at a local hotel without... a car so I ordered 2 days worth of food. Pizza..salads..pasta..a sandwich..etc. Everything was delicious. I tried it allimmediately. The telephone ordering was easy. The delivery driver was sooner than the estimated arrival. We were traveling back to Yuma so ordered a pizza and because we love them we ordered two roast beef sandwiches for the next... day. My husband is Sicilian and we both love Rosati?s food. What they do is pure magic. The pizza sauce is the best we have everhad. My husband grew up in Chicago and used to frequent the restaurant that started the whole thing off and knew the foundingfather, Mr. Rosati. Until they open a shop here in Yuma we will have to settle with stopping whenever we travel. If you likeauthentic Chicago pizza that excites your taste buds and melts in your mouth make the effort to order from Rosati?s and Iguarantee you will be glad you did! Read more
Update: This place continues to produce quality Chicago favorites. I have attached a few pictures since my original review. I... have gone to this Rosati?s about 20 times over the past two years. It?s been hit and miss for me, but the customer service andquality has definitely improved noticeably! The staff was very friendly, professional, and attentive which was great to seebecause I love their pizza. In the past it sometimes felt like this place was run by teenagers. My last order was theirpepperoni supreme pizza with bacon. Wow, it was amazing - the amount of ingredients was perfect (a lot in each bite but notoverwhelming), the pie was well constructed, and it was cooked to perfection. I love their thin crust best even though Chicagopizzerias are known for their Deep Dish. I strongly recommend this place; I will definitely be back again! Read more
This is our go to place for Chicago style pizza. We have not had any problem with the service. We order ahead, pick up, and... bring home. The pizzas are always correct. I wish they had more deals so we could go more often, but it is a good treat. Welove how filling the pizza is. It's thick. The toppings are very good. The slices are well divided. Read more
The owner of this store is ridiculous. I've recently moved out here to live with family about a month and a half ago. In this... time we've ordered about 4 pizzas in that time 3/4 pizzas we're the wrong size. We would order and pay for an 18 inch pizza andinstead we would receive a 16 inch pizza inside a 18 inch pizza box. This happened repeadly and we would call and complain asanybody would. We have pictures of the receipts of our order and what we got. We even measured it with a tape ruler. Since THEYmessed up our order so many times and we had to call to get it fixed that they have now blacklisted us and will no longer takeour order. This is extremely unprofessional and ridiculous the owner should be ashamed of himself. I encourage everybody andanybody to eat elsewhere and to not encourage this treatment of their customers.
