It's your typical Subway. The only reason why I didn't give it more stars is because of the lack of freshness with regard to the... vegetables. For example, rusty lettuce at times, wilted onions other times, etc. You definitely have to scan over everythingbefore making a choice of toppings. The breads and meats however are on point. Horrible Service!!! Amara needs PROPER TRAINING! Subway hours state till 2200 yet you have the employees rushing and making ugly... subs and it was only 2120. No cutting boards, some sides were already not available due to staff already putting it away. Iunderstand theres a thing called PRE-CLOSING, but customers shouldn?t have to feel bad coming in 40 mins prior to closing and begiven attitude by staff. Never coming here again and I will definitely be contacting their higher ups! This review is for sharon and ellena (I hope I spelled it right) But for the 2 young ladies working the closing shift tonight... both of you deserve a standing ovation and raise for your amazing customer service skills and amazing kind hearts. I called inabout 9:40pm 20 minutes before closing time. I had a huge favor to ask them. Since my m om had surgery last year subway is theonly thing she has been able to eat and have it go down and stay there. She has just gotten home from the hospital 3 days agoafter being diagnosed with barrett's esophagus. I was in Chandler ll day babysitting my grandson and was running short on timewe were still about 23 minutes away from the store. When I called the store I spoke with Sharon on the phone and explained toher my moms circumstances. She told me they would be ok with keeping the store open an extra couple minutes i order to get mymoms food. I made it there with 10 minutes to spare and was able to allow these girls to go home on time. If this amazing actof kindness does prove what real customer service is all about I don't know what does. To the both of them I want to say thankyou and let you know that your kindness actually brought tears to my eyes and I am forever grateful to the both of you for beingwilling to stay that extra couple of minutes to make sure a 75 year old woman got something to eat tonight... I hope you bothreceive a promotion, a raise employees of the month or year or something because you truly deserve it. True customer service ishard to come by these days and these two young ladies could absolutely teach others what it the meaning of customer service isall about. It's a very busy place but the staff are great. the store ALWAYS has fresh vegetables and quality food. The bread is always... fresh and the sandwiches are well made. If I ever have problems with ordering online (which they actually can't control) I justcall them up they'll help me out as much as they can. When I have problems I also go to the store.
