Order 2 separate orders but all were chicken sandwichs. Waited 18 minutes for chicken combo and 30 for the other 2 sandwich.... Then there was half Oz of oil on it. Got the order wrong. Then wouldn't even fix the problem and argue with me about the situation like I waited till eat at wingstop... to make a complaint. I guess customer satisfaction is not apart of the policy there. I qould check the managers there. Read more
I don't know if this is his name, but the receipt says Bryon. We came by and got some food, and he was very patient, friendly,... and helpful. Not only were they busy, but I could tell they were going to get even busier. He cared enough to help us and treatus as if we were the only people there. Thank you for the great service. Read more
I come to this location semi often only due to its proximity to my house. The food is going so I keep coming back but the... service really lacks. I placed a pickup order for a specific later time but when I showed up I was early and my food had beenprepared 25 mins ahead of the time I requested so it was all cold. I also didn?t get the right flavors I ordered. I love theirwings but I wish this location just paid a bit more attention and took a bit more time. Read more
If I could have rated a 0, I would have. Managers on duty do not care for the commitment of Customer Services, they hide behind... the ?that?s just how it works.? When your consumer doesn?t understand your process, as the leader you are to help your consumerunderstand. Went there lastnight - I did not know there was one of these in Maricopa. There was a young lady there name CeeCee, she was... EXTREMELY helpful to me. I happen to have a knee brace do to a bicycle accident I had recently and she helped me witheverything, she even brought me ice to aid the pain I was feeling. The place inside is clean however I sat outside , the weatherwas awesome. Thank you CeeCee for all your help. Read more
I never have a bad experience with this location. They do get a little busy on Friday and Saturday evenings, but I see everyone... working diligently and efficiently. The quality of the food is amazing! The Lobby is always clean and tidy. The staff is veryfriendly and efficient. I highly recommend this location to anyone who loves some great wings and great service! Read more
