I have no photos of this restaurant but it was fantastic! The tacos were delicious and the horchata was amazing. I got the... three taco plate with two chorizo tacos and one carne asada taco. It was amazing and so were the rice and beans. If I lived inMarietta I would frequent this restaurant at least once every other week, if not weekly. Good food and good prices! I hope they add what is in each item to their website, had I known my burrito would only have meat,... rice, salsa verde, hot sauce and some queso I would have requested to add other items. Staff was very friendly and nice! Read more
I tried placing an online order and was hung up on several times. I get to the place and they stopped taking my order, to take a... phone order, in Spanish. I asked the guy about it and he shunned me off and said yeah yeah what do you want. The customerservice is absolutely AWFUL. These are new owners and the food reflects. I ordered taco combo (three in one) with rice and bean. It is above the average, I would like to give 3 stars for what I’ve... ordered (pork, steak and carnitas) or 4 stars for I will order Burritos in future. Cut around this pupusa to see how much they filled it since my tacos had about 1 tablespoon of steak, and literally half of it... was just masa. Completely ridiculous and do not recommend. First time having to leave a review and this is just awful. Read more
Wonderful food but horrible customer service. I usually order with them through GrubHub and it's been twice now that my order... has been missing items. I am bilingual and have called and spoken to them in Spanish explaining my issues and asking forsolutions. The first time I was told that they were slammed and the manager would call me back in 5 min. Never received a callor my food. The second time this happened I had my partner call in. We were missing a drink and he asked if it could be pickedup or if they could send someone to deliver it and the answer he was given was "ok" and then he was hung up on. We called backagain and very clearly heard the phone picked up and quickly hung up on without an answer. It took me calling them TWICE on myphone to get someone to pick up in which I explained my problem again to the woman who answered and and was told "I told the guyhe could come pick it up" without any regard for the multiple hang ups or ineffective communication. It’s not Ana’s anymore, it’s “Julie’s Taqueria” and menu prices are not as advertised. Was charged $2 more for the... taco platter, and .75 cents more for the tacos.
