Please be warned if you?re going in there to go to the bathroom right off the highway they will be rude.If they put up a sign... that said eat in customers restrooms only we would have gone elsewhere. I understand their need for service but customerservice should be number one as well. I walked in almost peeing my pants sitting on the highway for two hours in severe traffic.(They are located at the exit and are promoted as a rest stop) There was NO ONE eating inside. Waitresses were braiding eachothers hair. We would have stayed for lunch but they were so rude to us we decided it be best to leave. We had to apologize forour inconvenience of bothering them. When Cindy and I come in to that restaurant, the tables were like close to empty and one waitress to serve us for our order. We... ordered some alcohol for ourselves and some dinner. Food is great but waitress told us that kitchen have one guy working ascooking for any orders to customers. Cindy and I was very disappointed with staff and kitchen issues but all is good. Read more
Came into the restaurant for the endless boneless wings and bottomless fries. Upon entering the restaurant I noticed that their... were only six customers. I?m thinking great service will be amazing?. Boy was I wrong! It took twenty minutes to be seated, thewaiter took our order sitting down in the booth across from us and took another twenty minutes to bring out three glasses ofwater. My sister and I ordered the boneless wings and bottomless fries. Once the food arrived it was indeed hot and fresh butwas missing the coleslaw as advertised. We both placed an order for a second round order and we given a small plate with 6boneless wings. No bottomless fries or coleslaw. The waiter didn?t even refill our waters! Read more
I ordered the unlimited boneless wings and I realized that my wings were raw after eating about four of them. I told my server... about the issue; then the only thing she said was that she notified her manager and no further actions were taken after that. Iwas highly dissatisfied with my experience. Went here for my mom's birthday. It wasn't very crowded, which is a shame because the food was amazing. The broccoli was cooked... perfectly, and everything was great. I ended up with leftovers, and even after being refrigerated and reheated, it was stillgood. I would definitely recommend. Read more

All of our food came out actually cold and there were 5 of us. Not one of us had warm food. The server had a low key attitude... that made us feel like we were bothering her any time we asked for something. It was pretty empty on a Friday night and it wasquickly made apparent why. Read more
