I been coming here for years. More than I should & I really hate that I gave them a 2 star, BUT tonight was my last straw with... them at this location. It was 9:30 p.m. and these folks just up closed while we are waiting at the drive thru. I try to bepatient with this location but it obvious that ever since the pandemic they have gotten so bad! 11/22/2022?11.45 pm. Went to order a meal. Apparently one of the meals come with two drinks, which we were not aware of. We... don?t want two drinks..so the sensible solution is to just write it off. The employee was going to proceed further, but in thebackground I could the manager shouting ?it comes with two drinks?, and having a rude tone for no reason. We tell her can she?please calm down? mind you it?s not the employee?, it?s the manager. We then explain we don?t want the two drinks, and out ofnowhere she says ?bye we?re not gonna take your order.? I being a manger, myself , would NEVER HIRE that ?manager? as a staff ifthat?s how she wants to talk to paying clients. Paying clients, who pays her bills. ?Have it your way? ?yeah sure, by the waymoved on to the Wendys. A situation that?s so simple, escalated for no reason. I ordered one whopper and 8-piece jalapeno cheddar sticks thru door dash. BK manager said inside was closed and only two people... working. There had been 2 door dash drivers waiting to pick up my order. Then a third. How long does it take to make 1sandwich??? Unacceptable. I cancelled the order after waiting an HOUR. How can "have it your way" when you can't even get it? Tothe management: HIRE MORE PEOPLE. There are plenty out there looking for work. Read more

Love their burgers, but not sure what is going on with all Burger King establishments. Their soft drinks taste like carbonated... water no matter what flavor I choose. If you eat at ANY Burger King don't order soda. Better off with other beverages or bringyour own. Read more

I WONT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION, I was at this location today and the lady in the counter told me that they don't take any walk... in/ dine in orders, (poster outside says otherwise) asked me to go through the drive thru, I went through and she didn't answer, then when I walk to the window she told me she doesn't take orders by the window i explained that i was trying to orderat the drive thru as she told me to, and no one answer me, that's why I walked to the window, i asked if i needed a car to beservice and she said i don't wanna argue with you( she took the order from a car behind me, wondering if this was a race/economic status discrimination, since we are proudly latino and walking) after this i left, what type of costumer service isthis?? She easy could take the order but choose not to, this is not the first time, in COVID time i tried to get a burger herethrough the drive thru and they did not service me, Clearly in the window says OPEN FOR DINE IN, there is a poster. I contactedBurger King costumer service through the chat option, let's hope they answer or i will force to call the general office. DON'TEAT HERE, spend your money where they appreciate your business, not even that , go somewhere where they have a little respectfor the costumer or a little more of common sense, unbelievable! They NEVER open on time. The lights be on, but no one comes to the speaker. And fast food workers want more money! Sorry... employees like the ones at this restaurant only deserve to be fired! Gets on my last nerve???? Read more

The manager is always enthusiastic, up beat, Outgoing, very friendly, remembers his regulars customers orders, which puts a... smile on their faces. He keeps team formed I?m on top of things even with ideas on how to make the store better. Make sure hisshift is always running beautifully. Not holding on food, that the drive-through is running smoothly, he?s very communicativewith his crew/employees. Read more
