Went by the friday to give BK yet another chance. Parked and started to walk in then BAM..denied. The door was locked and there... was no sign on it stating the dining room was closed. It's cold outside and I wanted to dine in. Their app states dine in isOPEN. Worker leaning on the counter inside just points towards the drive-thru. Got back in my car and drove around to order.Worker was short tempered while ordering. Also stated that they were completely out of drinks except for bottled water. I wanteda combo with a coke and asked for a discount since I didn't even want the water and the worker was EVEN MORE RUDE. LAUGHED AT MYREQUEST! Whatever. Drove around and paid for my order, then to a parking space to eat my meal where I discovered that my burgerhad ketchup that I specifically asked for them to NOT put on, and hard, not even warm french fries. Guess it's really difficultgetting ANYTHING right at BK. Nope, not gonna "have it your way" at any location I've been to recently. Really pathetic. Read more

Whopper was cold, cheese wasn't melted, fries were greasy and cold and the dining area was dirty. I didn't see an inspection... report anywhere so I don't know what their score was, but I know I'll never eat there again. Very dirty franchise. Read more

Very Long line in drive through. Walked in, ordered very quickly, but long waite, 10 min. The Mgr was trying to get the orders... out, but sounds like she has a a number of New employees in the back. She's having to direct them as She's get orders out. Read more
Just moved to the area and it great to see that staff working were and nice and welcoming. They will start conversation too see... how your day is going and care wether or not you are have a good day and will try to brighten your day. Especially Dahlia whoalways enjoys to chat with you even if it?s just a brief hello or how are you. My favorite lunch place. The Bacon King is a must. I also love the BK App. Today the staff is a little loud. I'd return any day.
We went through the drive-thru. The lady working the drive thru wouldn't even speak. I am totally serious. She handed out our... drink, and we were handing out our card. She jerked the drink bag and then snatched the card. Then, she pulled us around toactually park in a space to wait for the food.???? She was actually pulling all the cars around. When she came out to deliverthe food, she delivered to the car beside us. Then, she stood by the passenger side with a bag of food looking at me. As westared at each other, since I was a passenger, she started shaking the bag at me. ???? Anyway, it's a good thing our food wasyummy. All this weirdness could've been prevented had she spoken.
