I personally never have to wait too long in line and their food is always hot and tastes good
Lobby is blocked off. Your only options left are calling ahead for curbside or the LONG drive-thru wait. I could be in and out... in 5mins rather than sit in the ever busy line of cars that wrap around the building. Do not go if you are in a hurry.Unacceptable for those of us on a short lunch break. Always check your fries and sandwich. I got almost no fries for a large and my sandwich was just buns. I tried to get a switch... out but the guy refused me because he didn't like me for being asian. Not buying food on campus again not worth it the hate forbeing asian. Read more
Overall chick-fil-a is always a safe choice to go to, you almost always know exactly what you're going to get when you go,... whether it's good quality or serivce. Since it's a campus chick-fil-a you can't use the Chick-fil-a app and because of covidthey only allow orders through GrubHub which charges fees making it quite a bit more expensive if you go there often as usuallyI get a 60¢+ fee with my $4.30 sandwich. The main reason I give this chick-fil-a 4 stars though is since they changed to onlypickup some of the staff, seem new compared to previous semesters, and they arent nearly as polite as chick-fil-a normally is,they usually just hand the food and turn around and go about their business and don't say anything, even when I thank them and Ialways have to make sure they include the sauces I asked for on the app because some don't give any or napkins. Overall thischick-fil-a definitely isn't bad but it seems like some employees are slacking compared to the chick-fil-a standard most areaccustomed to and the GrubHub fees are annoying because it's required to order now. Worst Chick-fil-A in THE WORLD!!!!! I waited 30 MINUTES for my order! I order inside the restaurant, the employees were joking... around, playing and running around the kitchen (I think they were doing pranks on each other), one of the employees was puttingto go orders in a box and he had his friends on the other side of the counter just hanging in there with other people's food!People that order in the drive thru had to come inside to ask for their orders! Higher prices, bad service, long wait, no refills. I wouldn?t consider this a chic-fil-a, yes they serve their food but the... service you get is sub par compared to any real chic-fil-a restaurant. Read more
I have never had trouble dealing with customer service at a Chick-fil-a before this one. I received the wrong order, and by the... time I had gotten back to return the order the this Chick-fil-a was closed because they close early on Fridays. I brought theorder back the next day they were open with the receipt and packaging proving I had paid and the packaging proving they hadgiven me the wrong item. The manager refused to do anything. I will not visit again. Read more
