Market Salad: how many slices/fruit pieces should there be? A $9.40 salad, I counted 5 pieces of strawberry, 5 blueberries, and... tho each bite had a decent amount of lettuce, am now drowning in nothing but, with all non-lettuce ingredients now gone. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. However, items are left out of my order 90% of the time. Not just condiments,... but whole sandwiches, nuggets, etc. I almost pulled out of the drive-thru today without my salad and the sauces I requested. Itwas corrected, but only because I checked the bags first. When I got home, I only had 2 strips in my 3ct meal, and my husband'speach milkshake was actually chocolate. I never have issues with the quality of the food, but I'm starting to think it's notworth the hassle to eat here. Read more
I used to come to this location very frequently. Now it?s more like once per week, if that. The quality of food has greatly... diminished at this location recently. I can?t get a fresh breakfast sandwich to save my life. The biscuits are hard and the meathas a stale taste. And the only way to get a refund is by coming to the store - which is cumbersome if you placed the orderbefore work. I?m not sure if management has changed or what, but the only reason I didn?t give one star is because theassociates in line are always pleasant and helpful. Efficient process, quality food. It was a beautiful day so we ordered our food inside & sat outside on their patio to eat our... food. Horrible service! I placed a mobile order for a kids meal and a Chick-fil-A sandwich with a kale salad. I?ll pull up to the... drive-through they gave me my drinks told me to pull up to the VIP spot and I sat there for 20 minutes waiting on my food witha screaming toddler in the backseat. I got up to go inside to see what is taking them so long and then the lady was like oh Ijust left your car and I?m like I was sitting here for 20 minutes I didn?t know how much longer it was going to be like my childis screaming and seeing so many other people come and go with way more food than what I order it?s just ridiculous! First andlast time I?ve ever come into the Chick-fil-A I?d rather you guys go somewhere else if there are others in the area. And alsothe guy who verified my mobile order seemed very irritated and didn?t even say my pleasure or have a nice day that has NEVERhappened in my history of coming to Chick-fil-A like I?m so blown!
