I love Chicken Salad Chick. The location in Marietta Ga has me no longer wanting to return. The staff up front do not put their... hair up. It dangles all over. The staff behind in prep area also do not have their hair up properly. I observed a staff memberwith hair hanging over her face and frequently touching her hair in front of her face with gloves on. This goes against TheDepartment of public health violations. Others in prep area have hair not properly secure. On another occasion the male in theprep area had no gloves on at all. The manager doesn't do anything. Where is is his authority over staff. Not going back toChicken Salad Chick until they can get staff get proper training about these issues are resolved Read more
I love the different chicken salad choices they have. There are also pimento cheese varieties. The broccoli and fruit salads... are great too. Everything that I have eaten is delicious! The staff are friendly, and the service is wonderful. Read more
Wish you could have the dill chicken salad year round. Also the lemon cookies you had in September were wonderful, so much... tastier than the regular ones. The crackers always taste old. I normally love wheat crackers but not here. Read more
Barbie Q chicken salad is very good, the pompano chicken soup has just thr right amount of heat and great flavor, however I... didn't like my decision to only get a side cup of the soup, should have gotten a bigger size, really good. The regular chickensalad with onions was pretty good too. Oh and they have little cookies, so good!!! Will definitely go back, not a bad light tomedium size dinner for $12. Read more

Terrible service and the girl working there literally mocked me when I called. Ordered dinner for my wife. She likes The Chick... SANDWICH, but slapped two scoops in a container. When I called, I was laughed at and told "I highly doubt we forgot yoursandwich. It would be hard to forget." Well, see for yourself. I didn't ask for credit, just wanted to let them know whathappened but was told it's not their fault and contact Doordash. Well, newsflash... Doordash didn't prepare my food. Terribleexperience and zero ownership. We love the food and frequent the company, but no more. I can go to any drive thru and pay formissing items whenever I want. I downloaded their Android application and placed my order after I had gone over the menu. You have the capability of picking... the time for pick up. The shop itself is cute and quaint... very clean. Several staff members seem to be in training. No onehad my order ready and after I opened my application and showed my order to them they seemed surprised. After a few moremoments they found and printed my order. The variety of chicken salads I had chosen were all very good. Kudos to the companyfor having several all these different types of chicken salad. A bit more training of the staff is needed. Enjoyed lunch with a dear friend today. Got in line just before the huge line formed at noontime on a Saturday. Ordering was... detailed and explained beautifully and patiently. You can customize the heck out of your sandwich. I chose their Chicken SaladBLT on toasted white bread, filled with Fancy Nancy chicken salad (Fuji apples, seedless grapes, pecans) side of broccoli saladand a cup of chicken florentine soup. Large portions, took half home. The white bread is soft, slightly chewy and toasted on agriddle, not a toaster. No pictures before I devoured most of it, but let me tell you this packs beautiful and was just asdelicious 8 hours later. Awesome romaine, tangy tomato, semi~crisp bacon. Broccoli salad is simple, not overly loaded with mayo,onions, sunflower seeds, or raisins. Absolutely perfect! And the best chicken salad I?ve had in a long time. Move overChik-Fil-A ???????????
