Waitress Bri and likely a cook seemed to be the only ones in the building and supported every table at once. Waitress was... awesome, but she had to constantly run around to every table in the restaurant. Where is the manager? Where is the bartender?Where is the rest of the staff? Wings taste microwaved. Ranch was half water. Very poor management. Why put the name of themanager on the outside of the building if your restaurant is a wreck? I do NOT recommend going to this location. Read more
Wonderful weekend crew for fun, college and pro game packages, game time food and drink specials. Kids to seniors with mellow... atmosphere and sweet attentive servers and a cook who knows his comfort food. Bartendresses do their best to put YOUR game on aTV close to you. This is the BEST restaurant in town! The food is perfection and the servers are attentive, kind and caring. The drinks,... especially the monthly margarita specials are delicious! These guys make the customer service at the DMV look like Disneyland. Waiting in my car 10 mins for my order to be brought out... (like the sign says). I finally went it and grabbed it myself. It had been sitting in the window the entire time. Got home andsurprise, surprise it?s cold. In addition, my hamburger was pink, even though ordered med well. If this were a one and onlytime, okay. Yes, that is indeed FUZZY MOLD. I ordered the fajitas through curbside to-go for a late lunch. The food came out relatively... quickly, but I was met with a plate of pico de Gallo with MOLD & SPORES on it, through and through!! Given the sheer amount,that mold had to have been growing in the salsa for a least a week! I ended up tossing ALL the food (including the drink), a$30+ order because I did not want to risk myself or my family getting sick from anything. Thankfully, the manager was apologeticand promptly got my information to process my refund, but I will be calling corporate anyway. This order had to pass through thehands of at least 2 people (the cook and the server who brought it to us), and the fact that the mold was clearly visiblethrough the lid was infuriating. If you decide to take the risk and eat here, beware!! Mold is absolutely unacceptable. You allcould KILL someone! Read more
The absolute worst service for our togo order. My husband gets there. He calls the order in the parking lot. They say 15-20... minutes. ?Ok cool, I?m outside in the car??.right? But no, then they come back at the 15 minutes mark ?hey it going to beanother 35 minutes on your food.? This is now pushing 8 pm on a Monday night?for 3 ppl?a quesadilla, a salad and a tripledipper. Something blue in my potatoes they are also kinda dark than usual I get the same thing every time just different location but I... won?t come back to this on that?s forsure people just don?t understand how handling food is important when people have toconsume it I could?ve chocked had I not looked at my food well and just ate this rubber material I definitely should becompensated and apologized to for this.
