Good food slow service. I observed 4 tables that cam in after me and they were all served before us. Wont go back!
Chili's used to be my favorite restaurant but not now. The price of food has gone up but the quantity and taste has gone down.
Fantastic customer service. I placed an order for pick up and selected the wrong location (this store) by mistake. We didn?t... realize until we went to pick up the order. The store we went to was able to get our order made for us, and we expected to justhave to pay for lunch twice or maybe we would be able to have them deliver the original order. When I called this location, theperson who answered quickly handled the situation and got a refund started. So thankful the way it was handled. Excellent. Thankyou!! Read more

The kitchen is open (with no doors) and the kitchen staff is super loud! The are screaming and hooting and hollering and at some... point the guy let out a loud audible burp and i am sitting only 10 ft away. Then they crank up really loud country music andsing loudly along with it. Not really what I am looking for in a dining experience. It reminds me of when you are at the beachor at the movie and someone sits down beside you who plays their music loud and shouts and won't stop talking. Reallyinteresting experience. I always order for my family. We?re a family of 5 . & This restaurant always makes sure all of our food is in there. It?s always... correct & hot & always good! We always order curbside & they bring it out in literally 2 seconds! I will always travel an extra6 miles to this restaurant than go to the one close to home! Read more
This is the nest Chili?s Restaurant that I have ever been too!! The food was so fresh!! Everything was perfect!! The Shrimp... Tacos are my favorite. The first time I tried them was in Dallas, Texas. My family has gone to this location multiple times over the last few months. After not going to Chilis for years. Each time, we... we were engaged with quickly at the door and provided seating within a few minutes. That has been with a good amount ofcustomers as well. The wait staff has been excellent, attentive to our table and great with our children. Food was served,quickly, but not too quickly where they just unfroze and place on your plate. Those games on the tables for the Kids is great.The payment method at the table is user friendly and I think frees up time for the staff to focus on attending to the tablerequests outside of reconciling checks, The pricing and portions have been a good I think in the 11-$13.00 price range for afair amount of the dishes. I had gotten a burger with a Chilis "secret sauce, : that was great. The Honey ChipotleChrispers(pictured. with ranch are great, good size a lot of flavor and like having corn on the cobb as a side option. I wasimpressed with the Carne Asada dish with rice and beans(pictured). All three of those components seasoned well. Thecilantro-pesto with the pico was a great combination. Excellent experience.
