I visited this location 4 times and every time their always an issue. Twice the POS was down and waited almost 45mins for them... to fix the problem with customer service. I decided to order online and prepaid for my food. When I arrived at the restaurantmy order was not ready and when I received my order I was missing items. They failed to inform me they were out of stock onsome of my items until I inquire about it. The staff was very apologetic but they gave me a number for customer service (800)to contact for a refund!!! I visited this location again 11/17 and was told they can not process credit card payment but onlyApple Pay or exact amount of my order. This is my last trip to this location, for a store open Oct. 13th they should not behaving some many issues. They need to regroup. Read more
Hey, all #1 If you plan to have your source in side container instead of putting on the top of the bowl, they will charge extra... $1.5 dollar. Their logic is, Source comes with meal is free but the small side container is worth $1.5 #2 They would like to putyou in line to wait to show their business is busy. There are only three customers in front of you but it normally takes 20 minsto check out, even though they have 4 people working side by side. Waiting almost 30 minutes for the new garlic steak just to get the smallest amount possible was really great. Made my day that... Chipotle is suggesting I should become a vegetarian with the amount of meat on my bowl. Read more
Probably the worse Chipotle Burrito I've ever had. Got the Barbacoa and the girl literally gave a small pinch of beef, like 2 oz... of protein, and in that 2 oz were chunks of fat which I spit out. I only ate about 1/2 before tossing the rest in the trash. Iwas excited to finally have a Chipotle's near home. $11 for just a Burrito ????.. Hopefully they will work out the issues withthe food. The place is new, clean, friendly staff. I might try them again in a year. Read more
I was happy to have a location close but they need to get more experienced workers or train the ones they got on the right... portions to place, the young lady dumped a half of spoon of rice in my bowl. Then when I told her to add more she looked at melike I said something wrong. The first time I went to this location it was after 11am and they didn't even have the line set upso we had to wait in line til they was ready. A young lady handed out a free entree gift card which was nice. But I damn nearspent my whole lunch break waiting. Read more
New location looks great! The staff was polite and really trying to get the hang of the Chipotle way. Im assuming this was an... all new staff. The manager on duty was guiding the cashier on how to properly check someone out in the most efficient. Myoverall experience was great. Ill be back this week ;) Read more
Consistently get orders incorrect. Not small mistakes, like entire missing entrees. Waited over 30 minutes in the pick up lane... to get the food they forgot in my delivery order?????? when we got home I realized they forgot the chicken & CHEESE on my sonsquesadilla (they literally just gave us two tortillas) ????I recommend driving the extra 8 miles to a better location, or Moesdown the road.
