Closed at 8:50pm- website says they?re open till 11pm. It honestly just looks like no one decided to show for work and that... just shows the management must be so awful to the point where employees don?t even want to show up. Work staff was short handed be prepared for the wait . New post 10/17/2022 I visited again and it was over 20 minutes of wait... time in drive thru but it seemed to be staff this time. I opened the box to find a used hot sauce packet in it. All I can say isREALLY. Need to do better I will never be going back. Good luck on y'all visit. No star's if possible. Read more
Bad service girl at drive-thru today at 12:36 pm was very rude short wasn't trying to figure out if I was happy at all if I had... what I needed in my bag before I left. Definitely a girl with no training no education no manners it seems like for my angle. Ifthis is what managers are hiring there I wonder how to managers are. Regional managers that are customer satisfaction orientedand service oriented really need to pay attention to the store said truth that this type of employee will probably be on thenews for bad conduct with a customer. This location should close, workers are obviously burn out from working so much they closed whenever they want. Always waiting... at the last minute to cook chicken, a person shouldn't have to wait 10-20 minutes in drive thru. Can you at least cook withfresh grease and quit giving out Old chicken please? They didn't have no chicken at all! Update : manager had a attitude problem, the speaker was broke as it always is so pulled up... to the window for her to say she was waiting on me to say something, but no one said anything! We went back n forth for a minuteand I told her to tell the manager the speaker was broke like they told me last week that it works when it wants to. She saidshe was the manager and she would tell her DM but I'm calling corporate Monday. I got the family meal and this is the familysize wasn't even full and old fries I bought 2 of them and I didn't get no receipt! Read more
I was at this location a few days ago to try their chicken sandwich. I ordered the regular instead of the spicy version. I did... have to pull around and wait about 10 minutes for my food, thus the 4 stars. However, the chicken sandwich was delicious. Thebun was soft and fresh. The chicken was well seasoned, tender, and juicy. It had the right amount of mayo and pickles. I puttheir sandwich in my top 2. Read more
Church's sells fried chicken also sides mashed potatoes, coleslaw & corn on the cob, french fries, fried okra. There was also... fried shrimp & chicken tenders. Wednesday's special is an eight pieces of chicken at a fairly good price. The food is ok. Therestaurant dining room was not clean. Read more
