I have been trying several times for Dominos to update our new subdivision in their database. I always get routed to this... location and they usually make sure the order is taken care of. Today, the rep told me to call the correct Dominos and giveorder over the phone. I am already 40 mins into waiting. No thank you and I won?t order again. Read more

I ordered over $80 worth of pizza for a family night event and had ordered for carside delivery. I also called the store within... 15-seconds of completing my purchase and requested 1 of the pies to be WELL DONE (mine, the only way I eat thin crust pizza). Ieat too much Domino's and know the rules for the 2-minute guarantee quite well. I selected I AM HERE in the online order app,and watched for the status changes. Pretty soon, the order was marked coveted and the 2-minute timer started, and 6 secondslater, it stopped. 10 minutes later our pizza came out to the car. I inquired about the delay and they blamed it on my requestto have mine WELL DONE. I have ordered Domino's pizza this way since 1987, never have I been lied to in this manner for mypreference of well done pizza. I called the store and spoke to someone claiming to be the General Manager of the Domino's by theMarietta Square, next to Wendy's, and his attitude was not that of a trained Manager, let alone a bag boy at Krogers. When Irequest credit forbtheor lack of fulfilling the Domino's 2-Minute Carside Delivery Guarantee, he laughed and said he was the GMand was not going to give it to me. I asked if he was willing to lose a dedicated Domino's Pizza customer over their problem andhe said, "Yup, I am the boss here, not you" and he hung up the phone. I did some research and there is documented that a'Christopher' is a Manager at that location, so perhaps he is so poorly trained or inept that he treats Customers like he is inHigh School, but I cannot think the owner would allow him to stay a Manager very long. I started a campaign with Twitter,Fakebook and I left multiple messages with Domino's Corporate offices and voice-mail about 'Christophers' treatment of moi. 3weeks later, a friendly voice called from Domino's corporate offices and advised they had reviewed my complaints against thelocation and they issued a verbal apology for the juvenile attitude of 'Christopher',, as well as theybawar Read more

Coworker sent me to pick up pizza from this location. I opened the box and wasn't impressed. I was excited until I saw it... ... Got the 14" thin ExtravaganZZa supreme. It was $17.99, but with the coupon took $5 off. It was a little dry and kind of smallfor a large in my eyes! Wish I would've taken a picture, but I didn't! I love pizza and since I wasn't paying for it I decidedto not complain. Welp....this won't be my go-to pizza joint! And I was the one to suggest Domino's this time around...sigh... Read more

I rarely complain about anything, especially Domino?s. However, I have to write this. The location off S. Marietta Pkwy has an... issue serving persons of color. I?m not exactly sure what the issue is, however I am urging Domino?s to do a thoroughinvestigation. Customer Service for me, is always top priority. If you can greet others of different ethnicities with the upmostrespect, then you can do so for all persons of a different background. This particular issue occurs on a regular basis at thislocation. Uncertain of the associates name, however the individual hung up in my face rudely as he has always done and when Iarrived to this location today, he had the audacity to say, ?have a nice day,? opposed to apologizing. Meanwhile, this locationwas supposedly in the process of closing, yet he continued carrying on a conversation with other customers. Furthermore, I wasmade to wait outside while other customers who were also doing pickups, were allowed to sit inside and wait. Domino?s, is thishow you normally treat persons of color? Read more

Great service at this location!!! Fantastic pizza and chicken, arrives hot and fresh everytime!! Ordering online was a breeze,... and they deliver within a timely manner.I love this Dominos!! Don't expect the Marietta store to make your order right. Why would I want a "replacement" salad when the original one looked... like someone crapped it up in the toilet? Read more
