I called this location (Prado Lane Marietta, GA) to place an order for pick up. I was routed to the call center. There was a... language barrier so I asked to be transferred to the store directly. A extremely rude man (later identified as Matthew-Manageron duty) answered the phone. I advised him that I needed to place an order. He yelled at me and told me that?s what the callcenter is for. I attempted to tell him (he kept talking over me) that there was a language barrier. Matthew proceeded tocomplain about being short staffed and there were a lot of pizza?s currently on the board. I told Matthew that this was not areason to be unprofessional and take it out on me, Matthew proceeded to tell me ?If you don?t like it you can take your businesssomewhere else?. He then hung up in my face. I called the Canton Rd store to verify the next steps to file a formal complaint.The gentleman was very nice, and advised he wasn?t surprised that I had a bad experience at this store. He gladly took my order.I stopped at the Prado Lane store to obtain Matthew?s name to file a complaint with corporate. I started recording as I wasexiting my car. I walked in and Matthew said ?Have you already placed an order?? I said no, but I would like to speak to theManager. Matthew identified himself as the Manager. I identified myself as the person he hung up on. I advised him that I wasgoing to make a complaint against him with corporate. He immediately starting yelling ?I?m going to call the police on you?I?ve asked you multiple times to leave?. I advised him that he was not being truthful, and I?ve been recording the whole time.Matthew left the store, so did I (still recording ). He called the police on me, lied and said I was gesturing towardshim(another lie-still recording). He made a false report to further his agenda as if he was in danger. I've been ordering from this Domino's for a while. Most of the times, there are issues. Wrong order, long delivery , pizza not... made well. They need to do better. Read more
Ordered 2 pizzas from this location in Kennesaw. They were delivered exactly TWO HOURS after they came out of the oven. Customer... service would not pick up the phone (That is their line 2). Use any other pizza location. This one does not deserve yourbusiness. Read more
Orders 2 pizzas and requested bbq and tomato source on each pizza.. When I got them, they both did not have any source. I... informed the cashier but told me that they both had right source. Placed Order at 10:13...Called at 11:30 to locate pizza...was advised it would be another 30 minutes! ???? Tired to cancel and... reorder a fresh order, because NO ONE wants pizza sitting around for an hour and half...the gentleman hung up on me...now toolate to place order elsewhere...although money was refunded...still without food! Beware this location!! Pizza was grossly undercooked (2nd time that this has happened), told them about it and that it was raw... dough. They said over and over that they would not refund the order and that I could COOK IT. I?ve heard this location ishorrible and needless to say, everything I heard was true. If I could give no stars I would! It is 8pm Nov. 30 2022. I order pizzas with a 2 liter coke and a 20oz coke. They did not bring... my drinks. I called and asked about them and their driver lied and said I got them. When I checked this lie I was told to comepick them up when I paid a delivery fee! I ask for a complete refund and was told No. They only wanted to give me a credit forthe credit. Give me a credit for something I paid for and didn't receive! Nasty attitude from the employees and the managerrefused to get on the phone to speak! This establishment is a joke and I will do everything I can't to get these people removed! Read more
