WAITED in Drive thru UNTIL MY ICE CREAM MELTED!!!!! WORST location ever! I ordered ice cream and paid with my app using my $25.... I am waiting and waiting as a line forms behind me, asking for my ice cream. She tells me I have to wait. So I wait and I waitonly for her to say there's a problem with the machine. I ask for the ice cream because it is melting. She REFUSES to give methe ice cream. Then someone comes to the window and says you owe $6. I said why didn't she say that to me instead of watch myice cream melt?!! She says, oh she's new and slams the drive through door on me. I checked my balance and there is the same $25on my app for use. How about you just say you're incompetent, don't know how to scan an app, and will let your customers waituntil the ice cream melts. Went through the drive thru just fine and was told to wait for part of our order. 10 minutes go by with nothing. Go inside they... weren't even working on our order they didn't even remember us paying for it. When we get it, it's the wrong order! They weren'tbusy multiple employees just kinda sitting around behind the counter, no urgency whatsoever. Ended up paying for a SECOND order.Just to get my food. 20 mins overall. Read more
I went and ordered a frozen chocolate and two sausage and cheese biscuits. They said they didn?t have frozen chocolates at this... location so I asked for a regular hot chocolate and they told me they didn?t have anything chocolate so I just got a dragonfruitrefresher with lemonade and the two sausage and cheese biscuits. The biscuits were hard and dry as anything and didn?t havecheese the sausage was leather like it was sitting there all day. Once again I?m on my way to work this morning. I really had a taste for a peppermint mocha latte ???? my favorite for Fall. I... understand on the job training in so many areas, been there done that. I?m a different bread when it comes to this level. Youcan?t train a new staff while you?re on the phone. Observe and correct at the point of sales or duties. Anyway, the young maledid a great job! He tried to correct his mistakes when asked and I helped him out for a minute? all good. Ordered my food andhere comes my coffee. I could tell already it wouldn?t be what I envisioned in my head earlier. The warmth of the cup waslukewarm, the taste wasn?t what I expected and no peppermint taste or mocha delivered to my awaiting taste buds ???? So, nowI?m just smh ???????????. I had to drive to the closest SB to get what I knew would save the taste I craved this morning. And Ihave my favorites from them both, this is why I stopped. Clearly the receipt says no cheese as the cashier repeated my order to me correctly, this is the second time I?ve went to Dunkin... and they get my order wrong each time. (I can?t have cheese) the cooks need to start paying more attention to the screen as nowthis is the second time i have wasted my money and unable to eat the meal i paid for. Every Dunkin? Cheaper than Starbucks and just as good. We actually prefer the bagels because the cream cheese is already on the bagels! Easier... for feeding your children when you drive AND less waste/trash in my car. Read more
Im back and forth with this place. It looks like new staff so im giving a new review. I rated it a 1 before. I never ate baskins... b4 so i gave that a try has well. I always perfer their donuts over other places. The ice cream was actually really good wassurprised. I also thought it would be just ok.
