Great sandwiches all the time. Had an order get mishandled through the mobile app a few weeks ago that we've been trying to... straighten out through corporate, but ended up calling this location directly. While Jersey Mike?s is typically exceptional the service at this location is not. Placed an order for two giant subs. Received... two regular subs. Got that issue corrected only to find another. They prepared the subs with peppers when I specifically askednot to have peppers!! Of-course, I discovered the latter once I had gotten home. Photo is on the ridiculous amount of pepperson a sub when I requested none!! Read more

Arrived after a long day of work to see a "Closing Early Due To Short Staff, Sorry For The Inconvenience." Sign on the door but... 2 employees inside working ???? I usually come to Jersey Mike's because the food is amazing! But after a 12 hr workday this signwas not what I needed... Instead of closing how about pay people good so that you don't have to close early? Or don't take DoorDash and Uber Eats orders? Where is the manager to help this shift? Where I work if there's not enough help I as the managerhave to stay and make sure the job gets done and customers get serviced. Wasted my gas! Read more

I've given this location quite a few chances, but no more. The straw that broke the camel's back was not being able to get in... touch with anyone after our order being incorrect. I used the online ordering system for the pick up of three sandwiches. Theywere picked up by my wife, and once she was home, we discovered two of the three sandwiches were incorrect. I tried calling thelocation multiple times, but no one picked up. In my frustration, I emailed corporate. Their response was to say they hadforwarded the complaint to the owner and I should expect a response in 24 to 48 hours. Needless to say, I was nevercontacted. If this were a one time thing, then maybe I could let it go, but too many times they've had issues. From stalebread to poor service and everything else in between. I would never recommend this location to anyone. Read more
