We ordered the DELUXE, added black olives and wanted onions on half. What we got was a cheese pizza with some black olives and... about 2 pieces of onion on 1 slice. I understand things happen but this is totally unacceptable. We got this delivered and afterall the fees and everything it was about $50. Never again. Read more
I love this store. I drive 30 minutes past another Johnny's pizza to go here. Hiram store can not compete, servers are friendly... and food is tasty. The service can be a little slow which can ruin the visit for a few people. I believe the new staff here isstill learning. Read more
Ok, so?..great food! All of it! From the beer to the salad to the sandwich to the pizza. It was exactly what we have come to... expect from Johnny?s. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time and the waitress - Taylor - brought us everything quickly.With that said, she was the rudest waitress I have ever had wait on me. We brought family from out of town and I was actuallyembarrassed by her attitude. We would thank her and she would just walk away with no you?re welcome. She even snapped at acouple of us. It was just ridiculous. I get having a ?bad day? but this was unacceptable. The restaurant is short staffed andthey are having to work too many shifts back to back. So, I do get it, but I don?t particularly like being treated the way wewere treated all while paying for it. Read more
we walked in at 15 min. before closing after being at the hospital all day and exhausted. So glad the kitchen was still open.... Jess took very good care of us at the bar. This place used to be my go to pizza shop. I have ordered food there nearly 20 years. Unfortunately, the last 3 times that I... have ordered pizzas there, I was very disappointed. I grew up in the Northeast US and love a New York style pizza. The pizzashave gotten smaller and way too thick. The sauce and cheese have dwindled as well. The dough is good; however, it is like eatingbread with a small hint of tomato and cheese. There is no crunch to the very thick crust. Now I will need find another pizzashop or go through the hassle of making my own with good ingredients and stretched thin crust. Read more
Won?t be coming back as this place has been declining for a while now. We were greeted upon entering, went to seat ourselves and... waited about 6 minutes without any further acknowledgement. The couple that came in behind us got served and we continued to beinvisible while getting passed over and over by waiters and waitresses.
