While I like the normal Krystal fare including the burgers, chicks, and chili, they are what they are, I thought I'd try the... new "Sidechick". Not good at all. In addition to being barely edible, even covered in BBQ sauce with bacon, it costs just under$5 bucks for the BBQ and bacon version. $5 Bucks. Next time I'll stick with the regular gut clearing fare. The chili cheese pops were so fresh, I had to pull over just to enjoy them while they were hot. Good place to eat.
They are always nice and pleasant. Even though they are short staff, the wait is a little longer then normal, food is still good... and hot. I waited 30 minutes today but it's always worth it, i know people would just oh its just Krystals but I live 30 minutesaway but i come too this location because of the employees are always nice. Overall very good. The drive thru staff did let me know when I ordered the country fried steak, that they are made to order and... would be about 3 minutes. I appreciated both that it would be fresh, and that he warned me. He was very polite and professional,and got my confusing order correct. His appearance was clean and he was fast and efficient, yet polite at the window. I askedfor ketchup, mayo, hot sauce, & napkins and he acknowledged. The host name on the receipt said Shaquilla. After the three minutewait, a female I hadn?t seen yet handed me two bags. When I checked, there were no condiments. I got her attention and askedagain. She put things in the bag and we went home. There was still no mayo, which is a pet peeve of mine, but all the rest wascorrect, hot, fresh, average for appearance, and excellent on taste. I would give 4.5 stars if I could. Read more
So I have to update my review from 5 to 1 it has been going down for a while however today kind of topped it off first I go... through order then they have no change for a hundred my order was 38 so had to go to the store came back waited in line to getmy food and then ordered some boss totts which is advertised everywhere told to wait so I waited 30 minutes in the meantime Iput out the food I had already ordered and did not have my junkyard fries then moved on to the chili cheese pups and thestyrofoam container was melted so I continue to wait and then about 20 minutes later someone came out to tell me they were notexpecting anyone to order the boss tots that they are doing away with them so they did not have barbecue sauce it would take 30minutes more to make so I told her it's fine just give me the refund for the tater tot it still took 20 minutes to get therefund I could not do anything but to live because it's not worth really getting angry over there were several people waiting onfood also you would figure if they have at least four people that I seen in there working and the front Lobby is closed that ismore people to focus on drive-thru and should not take that long or be messing up orders Read more
Went through the drive-thru on 11/4/17... I had a coupon that was mailed to me and the guy acted like he didn't know what it was... and then tried to tell me I couldn't use it. Then some girl said I could. I paid for my order ask for a receipt several timesstill didn't get one gave me my drinks told me to pull around front. I waited almost 30 minutes for my food. Still didn't get areceipt. Food was hardly cooked cold and bread was falling apart like it was old. Tried calling the restaurant to complain to amanager several times because apparently there wasn't one available when I was there and the phone just goes to a voicemail.Called the 1-800 number for customer service for Krystal's but still haven't got any feedback from that either. Dine- in experience was pleasant. Food was fresh and tasty. Lil chiks are cooked to the tee and crispy. Staff was courteous and... attentive. Restuarant clean & tidy. Wife & I always enjoy our breakfast or lunch ???? experience at Krystals! Kudos to Krystalespecially to the Barrett Parkway restaurant.???????????????? Read more
