I went on Mother's day Never again! The line to get in line was horrible but the people were nice. My niece lived near by so we... went to her house to wait for text when they were ready. Absolutely horrible staff didn't follow proper food handling procedures, when we got our pizza home I took one bite into a... strand of hair???? when we called the young lady young up the phone so we went back the youngman who prepared the food has abeard long braids and no hair net no beard net! Omg just nasty no gloves worn and one youngman after putting cheese on the pizza immediately started working the register then without washing his hands went right back to food preparation! Customer service is horrible they close at 11 as they said on the phone i took 7 minutes to get there at 10:17 all the lights... were out had to call before i took it as a wasted trip the young lady proceeded to talk quickly over me before i could evenspeak "we are closed in the lobby but close at 10:50 you can order through window" i turn around get to the window and ask for a2liter with my pizza she said they have already done count for the night. I walked into the store just to get a simple pepperoni pizza. There?s a lady at the front with this huge backpack and several of... her other things taking over 30 mins to find whatever she was looking for. I walked out and decided to go through the drivethru. This is the slowest location I?ve ever been to. I will not be coming back. Last Sunday they had nothing ready and now thisSunday they?re extra slow. Sundays must not be their day. Read more

I placed an online order around 9pm and never received an update it went into the oven at 9:04 but nothing after that. I went... ahead and drove out and go there around 9:40 and the workers were cleaning up preparing to close and my order wasn?t ready. Theyobviously did not care about fulfilling their orders and I still don?t have my food so far after 1 hour. Complete and totalfailure to perform a basic service. Read more

I was charged incorrectly, I asked for it to be fixed. The employee claimed that it was charged correctly. I pulled my... statements from my previous visits and I was charged incorrectly. On top, waiting over 15 minutes for a pizza here is insane.They claimed the pizza would be brought out but they locked the door and forced everyone to walk to the drive through window, infront of cars may I add. I had two issues with my pizza order. I was informed of the first problem when I arrived, that they had incorrectly cut my... Slices-n-Stix pizza (all slices, no sticks.) It was going to be an extra 8-10 minutes to remake it and I was super hungry andthis felt like a waste so I said I?d take the pizza as-is and asked for an extra crazy sauce to make up for the error which theygave me. When I got home I realized that wasn?t the only problem with the pizza. They had only put pepperoni on 1/3 of thepizza so only 3 slices of the 8 were pepperoni pizza and 5 slices were the sticks (herbs and cheese.) I called the store andtold them about the other problem and they insisted I would have to further delay eating and bring the entire pizza back inorder for them to remake it. This is not an acceptable compensation for me having to use up my gas to return to the store. Ididn?t because in was too hungry to wait even longer to eat plus I would have felt ridiculous driving all the way back andwaiting more time only to have spent the same amount and gotten what I should have received the first time. I told them I wouldjust file a complaint and I used the feedback link in my email order confirmation. I?ll have to wait to see if a manager fromthe store contacts me (the girl on the phone who told me I had to bring the pizza back told me she was a manager but I?m justnot believing it as I?ve been told this before at other stores just to push me off.) Decent Pizza and A Drive Thru Window! I bought an Extra Most Bestest Cheese Pizza (cheese pizza with extra cheese for $6.00).... It was pretty good. Great quality/priced pizza for toddlers and kids. Only complaint is the same complaint with most LittleCaesars Pizza restaurants: *** They don't cut their pizza's all the way through. This means, when you go to pickup a slice ofpizza, the whole pizza pie lifts up instead of one individual slice of pizza (dripping scolding hot cheese/sauce/toppings onyour hands and burning you in the process - OUCH!!!!!). This especially bites when you are trying to grab a quick slice whiledriving your vehicle. Second degree burns can cause a wreck! Also, it's in a run down part of Marietta, GA near several cityproject housing units which invites several people begging for money and harassing you while you wait in your vehicle for yourpizza order. Best advice, order online through the website and go pickup your pizza order. The website will tell you how longuntil your order is ready. The app for android/iphone is difficult to use and doesn't have as many options that are availablethrough the Little Caesars website. Sincerely, Jacob Read more
