DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ! ordered online. Got there, they turned off the lights and locked the door. Said that they ran out of... cheese at 6 pm. WHY WOULD YOU NOT CLOSE THE THE ORDERING LINES? They kept accepting orders so everyone is pulling up and therewas a line of people that needed a refund. This could?ve been avoided with a little common sense. Read more

Ordered pizzas online to be ready at 4pm. Even with six hours notice, they were not ready at 4. I was told to give them 20-25... more minutes. Upon return they STILL are not ready and are asking for 15 MORE minutes. Why bother ordering ahead at all. Do notuse this location. Read more
This outlet literally stole money from me. The website took the order, but they were not open. When I went to pick up the order,... staff would not even open the door to acknowledge me. I never received the food and they never refunded the money oracknowledged my multiple requests to customer service. Once before, it took more than 2 hours for them to make my food. Stay away! There is a Dominos and a Papa John's nearby. Spend your money at one of those places. Every time we order, there's... something wrong. Computer down, cooler messed up, didn't get your order, out of dough, on and on and on and on. The last time,we waited 45 minutes in the store after ordering online while they served other people that came in after us and placed orders.They gave our pizzas away to other people while we waited the time before that. This place is understaffed and pizzas be burnt and they don?t even slice the pizzas all the way. For almost ten minutes the... pizza showed how it was still in the oven. I finally walked in because it was overcrowded. The worker claims she placed it inthe pizza portal so why not update the process as you go? I don?t know what?s up but you should only grab what?s yours from theportal! I am blaming the establishment because they didn?t update anything. Looks real shady move! Okay after I read otherpeople?s reviews I think she runs this place by herself. I guess this one guy showed up to help her because there were only twothere tonight. They need to help this lady or they could lose a great worker. I say great even though my pizza wasn?t that goodand experience was low but I rescind my frustration because it?s hard to manage a lot of hats at a fast paced workingenvironment like a fast food place. If anyone wants better pizza just drive up on South Marietta Parkway across from the Cobbbus transfer center and they?re better staffed and the pizzas aren?t burnt and they slice each slices up properly. Made an online order, came to pick up. Sign on window saying no walk in orders which worked for me since I?m not one. But door... was locked. Knocked on door & called. No answer. If y?all aren?t available, just say so. Ridiculous. Read more
I came to order pizza was working in the area. Staff really nice. Pizza actually looked like the commercial. They deserved 5... stars. Most fast food service don't have great customer service..but they were awesome. Not to mention did have to wait long. Read more
