Great pizza but editing my initial review due to a poor customer service experience recently. I had an discount code which was... not accepted during the online purchasing process. When I explained this upon picking up my order, and asked if I could havesome kind of voucher or coupon or SOMETHING, the employee just provided excuses: That?s a corporate issue, etc. I have noauthority over that, etc. The manager isn?t here, etc. I can?t do anything for you, etc. I mean, I get it, but A: they wereshort about it, agitated with me and B: at the very least could have invited me politely to come back when the manager is thereor suggest I speak to corporate about it. This is the most inconsistent pizza restaurant I've ever ordered from. They randomly cutoff delivery outside of their posted... times and don't fulfill orders already placed. Read more
I ordered a medium pizza with the $ 7.99 coupon. It arrived burnt, and I called the manager to tell him that I could not eat it.... He was unapologetic and went as far as giving me attitude about the situation. He offered a $10 credit and I wanted to use thecredit to ordered a new pizza. He then told me I owed him $ 7.64 more. I told him I do not owe anything because of the $10credit and coupon. He yelled fine and that he would put the order in and hung up on me. When the driver arrived with pizza hetold me I owed $ 7.64. Again I explained that whole situation. He left and came back. He put the pizza outside without lettingme know and left. Needless to say I will not be ordering from here again. If I'm in the mood for pizza this place is my go-to. The food is always consistent and they have really great coupons. The pizza... is very good compared to the other spots like the Hut and definitely beats Dom's hands down. Read more
Quality slowly decreasing since this location first opened. Last delivery of 2 pizzas on Dec 31 arrived slanted and squashed. ... I spoke to a nice manager who seemed frustrated with the delivery driver and nicely offered to replace the order or put a crediton our account. Called in today for our next order and found the credit was for $15, less than the cost of one of the 2squashed pizzas. Going to explore other pizza options for a while. Read more
I don't know what is wrong with the management and staff at this location. The man who answered the phone was so rude. Told me I... couldn't get delivery unless I agreed to tip his driver. After I ordered, i asked for a receipt and was told he couldn't printone. I canceled the order. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from this location ever again. Read more
