No employees taking orders. Kiosk order only with only one working kiosk. They were out of most breads. Finally order food.... Wait forever and get it but it?s all wrong. All tables were dirty. THIS particular place is experiencing worker shortages and it really impacts the service AND picking up an order. Took almost... 1/2 hour to get our food. I'm pretty sure I've NEVER waited that long at any other Panera. Read more
Always come here for breakfast wrap and coffee after my ortho appointments...conveniently located across the street! They always... have my order ready in a timely manner and the tall girl that works in the kitchen is top notch service! Today the ladies at thecounter were so courteous in assisting an elderly group on the patio as well. Will keep coming here for my morning indulgence! Read more
I would love for this to be so much better than it is. The food is mediocre and overpriced. I've eaten here twice in the last... week and both times were "meh" it was all right. That said, the worst part of the experience has nothing to do with the food. On both occasions for some reason they have the air conditioning set to the low 60s (see thermostats attached). This isridiculous and you can literally see your breath while dining inside. It surely isn't the cozy, inviting atmosphere that Paneracorporate is going for to encourage people to dine in and spend money on mediocre food. I would imagine with this easy changeof setting the temperature correctly they would have a lot more business while still serving mediocre food. Not sure if thethermostat keeper stands over the oven all day or why, but I even asked someone to turn it warmer to no avail. I hope they canturn this place around soon! Read more
The service was good. We got our food in a reasonable time and it was fresh and tasty. The bread bowl was a little tough to chew... but tasted great! The tables were pretty dirty so that factor determined where we sat (the cleanest table), but it was good andwe will definitely go back. Read more
Why is this location always as cold as a meat locker? There is literally condensation dripping down the doors and windows... because it is so cold on the inside. All the tables outside are full because nobody can stand it inside. When we ask the managercan they warm up the dining area they say no it is controlled by corporate. Seriously?! The bathrooms are dirty and there isnormally just one cashier while five or six others are milling around in the food prep area. This location was not like thisbefore covid. Read more
