Panera Bread is getting worse and worse. The pick two sandwiches are a joke... I got one today there was almost nothing inside... in it just a piece of chicken come on for $6.49 I know things are expensive but you can do better than that. The coffee ismade in the morning for the afternoon coffee please make some fresh coffee ? the price you are changing for a cup of coffee ithink we as a customer deserved it. Disappointed. Read more
Called this location to see if they had the broccoli cheese soup they said yes over the phone ?. I get there not even ten... minutes later and they said they were out? do better people seriously?. Not sure if the cashier was new or just slow she rung meup for three cream cheeses which resulted in a refund?Just because I got three bagels does not mean you ring me up for threecream cheeses at 1.50 each. Please update your hours!!!! If your business hours are listed as 6:30am please honor that or update it. Time is a precious... commodity no one want to show up to an establishment and wait 30 mins for it to open before work! I was hoping to grab bagelsfor my team now that is a wash!!!! Read more
I placed an order for team member who were in from out of town and had the worse experience. First our food was smashed into a... bag, our sides, chips, bread and fruit were left out, none of the sandwiches were marked leaving us to open each one to guesswhat belonged to who. I tried calling the store and of course no one answers. I will be calling the corporate office as this isunacceptable. We paid a good penny for the food. Read more
We used the drive through. They were advertising a wonderful looking salad but then said they didn't have the ingredients to... make it. The wait was about 9 minutes to get our order, two sandwiches and soups. We get home and the sandwiches were notlabeled and we had to open each one to see what's inside. Read more

Ordered online and was given rotten fruit even after the tip! The manager said that the fruit came off the truck like that! The... lady shrugged as if it was no big deal though as said everybody is messing up nowadays!! Don't wish that anyone loses their jobor anything like that, but the staff should be paying more attention to making sure that the food is properly rotated and bagcold or hot items in separate bags. It is brand new location, opened during covid era. Good seating area for dine-in in and out, drive thru, self kiosks and good... wifi too.. Plenty of parking and good staff and well maintained amenities keeps this place very unique.. Read more
