2nd time in a row now that this happened at this location: - We order pizza via the PJ app. - App notifies us that pizza is... ready for pick up. - We go into the store and mention the name on our order. - The team checks the boxes in waiting and say?sorry it?s not ready yet, still in the oven.? - We wait patiently wait inside the store but after about 20 minutes (!) askagain. - They now check an area they hadn?t before. And our pizza had been sitting there all the time?. ???? How hard can it beto just help a loyal customer correctly instead of letting them standing and waiting for 20 minutes in clear sight. This is an incredible Papa John's location. Every time I've been here, it has been packed with people waiting for their orders... But the employees are always friendly and provide great customer service. They are very hardworking, and doing outstanding job. Read more
I placed an order at 8:10 PM and then 920 rolls around. I called him and they said they?re delayed 945 rolls around. I go... outside to wait for them and my food is sitting on my porch never got a doorbell never got a knock on the door and never got aphone call and my pizza is as cold as it is outside I called the manager and he said he gave me a refund and hung up withouteven letting me finish. Just waited 1.5 hours for a raw pizza
So these staff members need to know the difference between a square and a triangle, because this is the 7th time I?ve ordered... square cut pizza and they?ve given me triangle cut pizza. They need to either slow down and read the order or go back to preschool and learn their shapes again. Read more

Papa John's, what happened to your pizza's? You use to have such a mouth water juicy thick pizza. I ordered a med pepperoni... today, even asked for and paid for extra sauce. This was one of the thinnest, driest pizza ever. Never have I had a Papa John'sPizza like this. Way below standards. I'll be sticking to Pizza Hut for now on. Read more
Awesome staff! I ordered some pizza and drinks for some guys working on my house and forgot I didn?t have cups so I called... thinking they would just say they can?t provide cups. The delivery driver showed up with a bag full of cups, plates and napkins. Read more
