PATHETICALLY RUN LOCATION! THREE TIMES now I have placed an online order for a 6:30pm Carry-out time? and I've placed these... orders each time at 4:00pm. So 2.5 hours in advance and they still cannot fulfill the order on-time. On each occasion I'vearrived at about 6:20 and they have not even started the order. The first time, okay? I can live with that. The second time,shame on them. Three times? shame on me for thinking they could actually resolve the issue. The management there is appallingto say the least. If I could give this location a below zero star rating, I would. All I can say is what I said at thebeginning? pathetic! Read more

Corporate you are failing your locations. Your outsourced call center & order systems are broken. It?s Halloween you should be... prepared. I order from this establishment nearly every Friday with no issues, but the level of bad from this one experiencedeserves the abysmal rating of one star bc these poor people trying to run a restaurant need you to get your act together. Iordered at 12pm on Halloween day via the app for 5pm pick up. I know this may be your absolute busiest day of the year- but whenI arrived and waited in a 10 min line I was told it would be ready in 45 minutes. I had a bad feeling so checked in 10 min laterand was just told over and over ?it?s not on the board.? I had a pretty bad feeling If I waited it would be 2 hours, and 45 minwas a desperate lie or educated guess so I cancelled. I witnessed other customers have similar experiences and your minimum wagepaid tellers don?t have the experience to handle this level of failure. There was a guy there who was more senior and couldhandle it better than ?your order isn?t ready? over and over. It was very clear the restaurant was working as hard & fast asthey could and it was the systems and process that over committed them. This happened to me last May for my child?skindergarten graduation, this time the call ctr confirmed the order for a time the restaurant couldn?t make it (1130 am) andeveryone was expecting me to bring lunch. YOUR SYSTEMS and process to receive orders from the restaurant have MAJOR FLAWS andthey have the opportunity to absolutely ruin someone?s day and disappoint a lot of people with failed orders. Corporate pleasedon?t fail them this way again esp for Halloween!!! I honestly left the store crying bc so many ppl were depending on me. Bothtimes Chick fil a saved the day and fed the lot of hungry kids waiting for me. Read more

Delivery time 50-60 mins. Arrived 90 mins. Cold. Called while waiting (he couldn?t even find the order) and when talking to... manager told him it?s here now. He said ?ok thanks? and hung up. Never again. Read more

Quality has consistently gone downhill in recent years. Topping quality isn't what it used to be and 50% of the time the crust... is soggy. There are better choices nearby. (VERY nearby). Read more

Pizza dough with bbQ sauce was not good at all. Good pizza hard to get these days. I did the no contact pickup.

I have used this location twice. Never again. I don?t think it is the staff or the store. Plenty of worked appeared to be... working very hard. I had delivery on the first order and they sent the wrong order. My picky kids would not eat it. ???????. They refunded my money after a lengthy phone call. Second time was a pick up. 45 minute wait for pick up. Got to thestore at one hour and they told me 15 more minutes. Standing here as I write this. Everyone out here is very frustrated. We will see how this ends up?.. If you cannot fill an order in the time allotted??do not take it. Online ordering has itsdownfalls. Read more

Been ordering from here 10 years and pretty good food and service. Don't order on Halloween! I tried before and they were... swamped. I canceled and complained and they gave me a free one on next order. Read more

Excellent customer service skills. I'm very thankful for how expeditious the ordering process was. I have 10 guys that have been... working really hard outside all day and they really just want pizza for lunch. Thank you Papa John's for making this happen soquickly for my guys. Read more
