Ordered Parmesan bread sticks, received plain dry bread sticks. Contacted the store to speak to the manager, told her this is... not the first time this happens. Ordered a pizza that the delivery guy left on the stairs. The pizza is now covered in ants. The guy did not knock or ring the... bell. Just left it there. Guess common sense is not very common! Read more
They delivered last week without ringing doorbell and left the pizza on the ground. I had 3 mediums, cheese sticks, and a cookie... covered in ants. I called to inform them of what happened and accepted a credit trying to be reasonable when I should have justgotten a refund. When I called today I was told the credit wasn?t there, then was transferred to management who says it was onlyfor three mediums. Again, I tried to go with the flow and accept the pizzas. It gets here, I pay the delivery fee and tip thedriver. I open the box and the cheese looks strange, moist and broken up. I have been coming to this place for years and notsure what?s been going on lately, but there have been too many consecutive offenses this past week for me to keep giving it thebenefit of the doubt anymore. I?m done.There are too many other pizza spots to choose from that are just a few feet away fromthis place, so don?t purchase from here. You deserve so much better. Read more

This Papa Johns location is outstanding. I actually live closer to another one but I drive to this one because they make a... better pizza. They are very good at attention to detail so my order comes out right. I hate getting a pizza that is undercookedor the toppings are messed up, or they don't have the right sauce. This place always gets everything with the order correct.Keep up the good work! Read more
This Papa John's always does a great job. Been coming here fairly regularly for the last 6 years and they never mess up an order... and the food is almost always ready before I can even get there to pick it up. Today they were more than happy to bring ourorder out to the car (didn't want to hassle with putting a mask on my 3 year old to go in) and we really appreciated it. I wouldbe willing to drive a little farther just to come to this location because of how consistent and friendly they always are. Read more
Seems they bring in new unprofessional staff and management here. We have waited for an hours to pickup the order and staff keep... on lying on the status. Ultimately left without order. They are rude and have no clue what is happening. I will never orderagain. Read more
