I drive for Uber. I went into the restaurant and stood there at the front desk for about 7 minutes and no one spoke to me..... there was a lady fixing Pizza in the background and there was a man standing there on his phone to my left in the next doorway.There was another man who made his way to the front and as all three of them there I decided to speak myself and said hey howare y'all today? Not one person responded. I continued, stating is someone able to please check the warmer to see if there is anorder for "Insert customer's name " ? As I look at the guy who is looking around for everyone else to answer me his response isif I was working the register I would help you but I ain't and I didn't even ask for help on the register. I only needed them tohand me the order that was already sitting in the warmer. They were just very rude and it was very unacceptable and not oneperson in there has any kind of customer service skills I just thought that was very rude of all of them. Mind you I stood therewith a smile on my face the entire time I entered the store. Placed my curbside order at 11:07, said to be ready to 11:25 it?s now 11:47 I?m back in my car pulling off from this location.... Placed curbside due to being injured and still had to limp inside to get my food. Only two workers!! I?ve worked for Pizza Hutin my younger years and while it?s not the best it is a job! 2 out of 3 of my orders from these guys have been free cause they only deliver wrong, cold pizzas, but even being free, it is... not worth the horrendous pizzas they deliver. No sauce, no toppings, dry, cold and wrong. I'm done taking free pizzas from thisPizza Hut. It isn't even worth free. Ordered from here 3 times now. The first time it came in 80 minutes after telling me 35-45minutes and was cold, and had barely any toppings or sauce. Half the thing was crust. The second time they gave me a free pizzabecause of that, but again, it came way late, was way cold and again was wrong. The third time they made my whole order free andit came in more than double the advertised time, was cold, and once again, was wrong. Sad considering I've liked pizza Hut inother locations. Honestly pathetic. I've gotten 2 of the worst pizzas from delivery I've ever gotten from this place and I'veonly ordered 3. Furthermore every single time the delivery guy talked at me for like 5 minutes at my door about all the trafficas though being an hour late for every delivery could possibly be traffic fault when we live 7 minutes away. Been trying to tell my child if we order pizza Marcos is the way to go, he insist on stuffed crust and Pizza Hut always messes... up. This time, he asked me to call and see about having the order fixed but they refused without charging. Read more

I tried to order a pizza online with your deal of 30% off the menu original prices and the website would not work. It kept... kicking me out of the system and removing my large cheese pizza order. The price was cheaper than the other deals. I normallyorder through he app because it is quicker than going int he store. He was only willing to do a $10.99 deal which was the sameas the online deal in the app but not the emailed deal I received which was still a higher price. I ordered my pizza onlinebecause he couldn't give me my points if he placed the order. When I got my pizzas, the crust was between 1-1.5 inches whichtook up a lot of my pizza sauce and cheese space. I've never had my pizza look like this the whole time I have been orderinghere. We don't even like the crust and you cheated us out of more pizza plus I had to pay more than the emailed deal. Pleasedon't send emails of deals if you or your store are not going to honor them. This was a total rip off last night and wasting mytime dealing with the app and showing the store the problems of which they didn't even entertain. Instead, they just blame it onCorporate Tech people and still could care less why I ordered pizza hut in the first place. This is the only pizza place mydaughter likes so I order usually every week. But I might have to rethink this for the future if giving my money doesn't matterif I get what I order or not for the price you are advertising. Read more
