This place has become a garbage can. The store is dark and unwelcoming. Plus, rude and disrespectful people work here as if they... had to. My order wasn't right when I went to pick it up,. When I said this is not what I ordered, a young lady (Kaitlin orsomething) said it was, and asked me to leave if I don't like it... wow. I've been a customer for years in that store, and I cansee why customer service has rolled down the hill and so has the store. Read more

I dislike leaving negative reviews but this seems necessary at this point. This is my third time ordering for this location and... having an abysmal experience. My order was wrong again, but at least not burnt like one of the times before. They did notinclude condiments such as the sauce that should have come with my bread sticks, and the customer service was, again, awful. Last time they only had one person running the whole store. While I understand COVID times, this just seems ridiculous at thispoint. Pizza hut used to be a nice place to go and eat pizza. Now the whole experience is over priced and sub par. How pizzahut, which was my favorite pizza place a few years back, went from this to being shown up by Little Caesars is beyond me. Yethere we are. Read more

This is the original and still the best. Crust is crispy. Hot out of the box. I miss the stores and lunch buffet!
