This place has become a garbage can. The store is dark and unwelcoming. Plus, rude and disrespectful people work here as if they... had to. My order wasn't right when I went to pick it up,. When I said this is not what I ordered, a young lady (Kaitlin orsomething) said it was, and asked me to leave if I don't like it... wow. I dislike leaving negative reviews but this seems necessary at this point. This is my third time ordering for this location and... having an abysmal experience. My order was wrong again, but at least not burnt like one of the times before. They did notinclude condiments such as the sauce that should have come with my bread sticks, and the customer service was, again, awful. Last time they only had one person running the whole store. While I understand COVID times, this just seems ridiculous at thispoint. Pizza hut used to be a nice place to go and eat pizza. Now the whole experience is over priced and sub par. How pizzahut, which was my favorite pizza place a few years back, went from this to being shown up by Little Caesars is beyond me. Yethere we are. Read more

When the pizza arrived at our home it was raw. The dough was literally gooey. Had to bake it in the oven for 20 minutes at 350... to make it edible. When I received the text that the pizza was on its way (10 minutes after placing the online order) myhusband asked me if they cooked it, lol. Well, they had not. Crust was barely light tan on the edges, whoever took it out ofthe oven and put it in the box HAD TO KNOW that the pizza was not cooked. Read more
i used the app to order delivery. I had to call the store to find out where mu order was and they said it was a carryout even... though i had to put in my address and a driver tip. i told them i need it delivered and they had to redo the order and when thefood finall arrived it was not warm. also more deals on the boneless wings would be nice. they cost way to much.something like a16 piece boneless and breadsticks for 17 dollars. I ordered from a lovely gentleman named Nick, I think... not completely sure, but this guy went above and BEYOND to make sure my... pizza experience was superb. This is the original and still the best. Crust is crispy. Hot out of the box. I miss the stores and lunch buffet!
